Homeschooling Is Bad
Why Homeschooling is Not Doing Children Justice
Homeschooling is an option for your child if you do not want them in public or private schooling.
Today s society of parents will make that choice for the child, wither the child wants to or not. Many
parents think that public schools are not educating their child enough so they resort to homeschooling.
This would mean devoting your time as a parent by helping support them in learning and to make sure
they will succeed with their education.
The problem today is that many parents will work with their child for about a month and all of a
sudden have no more time to educate them. In the beginning it is your family s motivation and you
want to make them proud, so you try your hardest. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Labs are mostly for the science classes, but most kids enjoy them, and it also helps make learning fun.
Homeschooling you hardly have any tests, but in public or private school you have a test at least once
a month. Tests help the teacher know if the students understand the concept of if they still need more
time to understand what it is. Homeschooling is not broken up into semesters or even quarters; the
child works at his pace. This could

Essay on Magic in The Descent of Innana and Sappho
Magic in The Descent of Innana and Sappho
In the ancient text The Descent of Innana and the lyric poetry of Sappho, language is viewed as magic.
Not only are the words themselves acting as magic, as in an invocation, but other things manifest
themselves as magic throughout the works. The most common throughout the works of Sappho is that
of love. Sappho also shows us the magic of everyday life in many of her poems. Finally, the writing
down of the works performs a magic all of its own; the magic of continuation. Through the writing of
their works the story of Innana and the poetry of Sappho will live on forever. The most obvious use of
language as magic is in The Descent of Innana. This text is actually all ... Show more content on

In the poem You know the place: then , Sappho invokes the Goddess Aphrodite. She does this by
calling out to the goddess and naming the place she wishes for Aphrodite to appear. Leave Crete and
come to us / waiting where the grove is / pleasantest, by precincts / sacred to you; incense / smokes on
the altar... ( lines 2 6). This shows how words were believed to hold the power to persuade a god or
goddess. The hope was that, if the offering of poetry was beautiful enough, then the god would grant
the request of the poet. This is not the only form of magic that words held for the ancient Greeks.
In another poem that Sappho wrote, A Prayer to Aphrodite , Sappho describes anguished love. Sappho
desires nothing more then to have this unrequited love returned to her arms. In this poem the magic of
language calls Aphrodite forth and inspires her to do Sappho a favor. It inspires the goddess to give
Sappho the power to bring this person back to the glittering net of her arms (19). This shows Sappho s
true desire to harness the power of love through the magic of language. If she can only write this poem
beautiful enough then Aphrodite will take pity on her and give her what she most wants.
What s the secret wish of your crazy, wild heart? / Whom must Love compel with Her wily ruses /
back into the glittering net of your arms? / Sappho, who hurts you? (17 20). This is what Sappho
wishes to hear from Aphrodite. The power and beauty

Criticism Of A Cyborg Manifesto

Cyborgs are a new segment that will change the landscape of marketing. Say goodbye to the old
school day in the digital life persona. We re about to witness a complete shift in how advertisers can
reach these augmented consumers. This is when people will always have a digital billboard in front of
them or attached to them. This is when consumers will have so much information at their fingertips

Of course, there s a certain institutional resistance to cyborgism as there is to most revolutionary shifts

Edm Research Paper
Electronic music is without a doubt the most rapidly expanding genre in its industry. While this may
be due to it s progressive yet addictive structured melody and catchy beats, one may wonder just how
EDM has become so popular. After a careful examination of the topic, it is evident that EDM s rise to
fame is due to its international culture, underground history with dance clubs, and leaves a mark in our
world differently than any other genre.
Edm being a more modern genre made it s production easily accessible by all countries thanks to the
innovation of the digital audio workstation (DAW). Unlike genre s in the past, Edm was created and

We also say that Foreign has a comparative advantage in the production of cloth, where it is least
disadvantaged compared to Foreign. Although Home has an absolute cost advantage for both sectors

Essay Mending Wall
What is so important about mending a wall? Robert frost a down to earth, phenomenon has used his
supernatural skills to write a poem which may seem to be a simple, ordinary poem, yet what lays
hidden behind the veils may be unraveled. That is the spiritual world that you and me may learn to
understand the philosophical basis of human nature that provokes the human revolution. Believe it or
not this poem was ingeniously devised by Robert Frost to articulately open up a world of ideas that
acumen imagination and its complexities. That is what I will be elaborating on in terms of textual
evidence.
Like many of Frost s poems, mending wall involves a journey. We are introduced to two farmers in an
annual meeting at the wall that separates ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Like tree felling, sheep shearing and crop harvesting. It is a ritual which has it s own paradox, it
causes two neighbors to cooperate so that the wall which separate them to be sustained. It divides even
their energies at this moment as they keep the wall between them as they walk its line. The definition
of the ritual in strong symbolic terms is a statement of humankind s determination to hang on to all
that divides it. Furthermore in this stanza they fix the wall in springtime, after wintertime, when the
frozen ground swell has done its work of destruction.
Frost feels a sense of mischief, an urge to question deep rooted and unreasoned attitudes. So he
questions his neighbour s motto: why do good fences make good neighbours? He uses the most
elementary of examples: if you had cows you would of course want to wall them in and stop them
from roaming into others properties. But he points out the obvious, simple truth, in the most simple of
language: But here there are no cows. Surely, such a persuasive argument must make his neighbour
rethink his preoccupation that you need walls between you to make good neighbours.
Frost questions the reasons for the wall being built in the first place. He sees a couple of reasons for
building a wall: if there is something you need to keep in or out, build a wall; if some trouble can
result from open spaces, build a wall. Otherwise why have one? He climaxes his argument by

8 Habits Of Mind Analysis
The 8 Habits of Mind are what writers would consider the foundation you need to be able to write
well. They are curiosity, openness, engagement, creativity, persistence, responsibility, flexibility, and
lastly metacognition. I consider myself to be a good writer, having a little grammar errors here and
there, but I have never heard of these 8 habits of mind. I was though familiar with using some of the
habits of mind when I m writing, one in particular that I feel I use a lot is creativity. The list about the

is the ability to adapt to situation, expectation, or demands. Metacognition is the ability to reflect on

Accounting And Reporting On Sustainability
:
Accounting and Reporting on Sustainability Business sustainability has been concerned with the
ensuring that organizations can implement various strategies that would contribute to the long term
success of the business. Organizations that could act in a sustainable manner do not only create
businesses that will live and survive for a long period of time, it will also maintain the well being of
the people and the planet as well. Leading companies are pretty much aware that their successful
performance regarding sustainability is one of the key factors in their success. Investors are also
interested to companies that promote sustainability with a focus on long term profitability as well as
competitive advantage. Procter and Gamble Corporation was founded in 1837 in Cincinnati. The
corporation was founded by William Procter, who was a candle maker along with his brother in law

The Library Of The Modern Library
Libraries are an important resource, both to those who use them and to the area in which they reside.
Over the years, libraries have changed from being simple repositories of printed books and materials.
Instead, libraries now are home to ever changing technologies, community meeting rooms, areas in
which children can participate in a variety of activities, and a multitude of other things, in addition to
the previously housed print materials. As the Carnegie libraries of the past, and other libraries, begin
to become less well suited to the mission of the modern library, it is possible that many library
directors may find themselves in a position of being asked to plan a new building. This is a multi
faceted process which must be carefully considered in order to be a success. While there is no such
thing as a perfect library, one which has been carefully thought out and well designed may more easily
gain acceptance by the community. Steps which must be taken are a consideration of problems with
the existing building, the creation of a building team, a thorough assessment of needs, a determination
of how much space is needed, selection of site location, the design of the library, and a post
occupation evaluation. While working in an existing library, it may not be immediately apparent to the
librarian to what extent the current situation is not ideal. In order to best see these problems, it is often
beneficial to take a step back in order to better see the whole picture and

Influential Rhetorical Strategies Of 1984 s Subaru Legacy...
Influential Rhetorical Strategies of 1989 s Subaru Legacy Advertisement The Subaru Legacy
advertisement is found in the middle in May 1989 s LIFE magazine. First, the ad begins to entice the
reader with a black and white photo of the vehicle. It covers two thirds of the connected page, and the
background looks blurry, it appears to have been taken as the vehicle was being driven. The first
words seen by the reader are New Maximum Strength Subaru ( New Maximum Strength Subaru )
written in a large font. The rest of the rhetorical strategies reside below the photo and large text.
Within the text, the author speaks to the audience about the Subaru Legacy s uniqueness, including its
rare engine design, tremendously powered transmission, and its brake and traction control systems.
Then, the author directs and guides the readers to the luxury and comfort within the interior of the
vehicle. To complete the argument, the writer mentions its starting price, and states the Subaru Legacy
is reliable and durable enough for the public. One of the first points in this advertisement relating to
rhetoric is the set of values on which the argument rests, subtly telling the audience about the strength
and durability and how it is inherently good and can be trusted to the full extent. Throughout the
whole argument, the audience is led to believe these claims because the author uses evidence in the
form of facts, especially in this statement, And if you look beyond its gracefully

Harris was responsible for the change of tactics that the British used, shifting from precision bombing
of key economic targets to area bombing which relied on the sheer destruction that bombing could

important when looking at strategic bombing in Europe is Nazi dictator Adolph Hitler whom rose to

During the Second World War many interesting pieces of equipment and new technology came into
use by both Allied and Axis forces. After the end of precision night bombing by the RAF and the
subsequent switch to area bombing a new and interesting piece of technology known as Gee came into
use. Gee was a navigational aid that utilized radio signals from Britain in order to determine both the
aircraft s position and the location of the intended target. Gee s intended use was to improve the
accuracy of British bombers during night raids. Although Gee did work, it had a limited range and the
signals would not reach past the Rhine River. Still Gee was a success for about 6 months until the
Germans implemented countermeasures to jam the signals. Another interesting piece of technology

In a letter written by John Winthrop he explains to a friend his vision of the settlement in the
Massachusetts Bay Colony. Winthrop discusses the difficulties in establishing a self governing and

Early New England s colony totaled to above 4,000 colonists. Winthrop describes them as all being in
good health and well provided of all necessarys: so hath not died about 2 or 3 grown persons . This
means that the colonists are overall healthy with only a few deaths. This is of much importance for
him to mention because it shows the well being of the colonists as well as the colony s capabilities of
providing good health. Winthrop furthers onto this idea of health by saying it being verye rare to heare
of any sick of agues or other diseases , meaning these diseases and sickness in New England are rare
which is also positive and advantageous. As far as supporting themselves goes, everyone makes a

The Edible Woman By Margaret Atwood And Mrs. Dalloway Essay
There are several different types of Narration and narrator roles in narratives, with each having a
different effect upon the novel. However, each of these different narrator and narration types have
their own advantages and limitations in regards the narrative. Each role, ranging from first to third
person, has its own unique advantages, including the personal insight into a characters, which can be
found in first person, to the understanding of several different points of view, as seen in third person,
and so on. Each role contrasts the other, exploring the novel, and understanding the characters, in
different ways to produce a different effect within the novel. Some of these contrasting, and differing
elements, can be found in The Edible Woman by Margaret Atwood and Mrs Dalloway, by Virginia

range from first person and third person narrator, a shifting and alternating narration, as can be seen in
Atwood s The Edible Woman, to 3rd person omniscient narrator, , and an indirect interior monologue

perspective into a narrative form, from narrator roles to Narration type, that helps bring the story to
life for the audience of the novel, and each has its own limitations and advantages to do with telling

Shukhov explains how his daily life is in this camp without giving importance to his future.
When he talks about the food, he explains to us how important it is to get his food that day, but it
seems to be that he does not really care about the rest of the days, he thinks only of the present. This
means that it is a completely same routine since he started until he completes the 10 years.
The writer uses a simple vocabulary to express the feelings and experiences of Shukhov which are
really close to himself, as he lived the same as the character he creates.
The writer creates a character which is hard worker, applied for work and constant; he emphasizes like
this how he was in him when he lived the same as the character.

All throughout the blue currents of the Indian Ocean, in which this body of water, over time filled with

The neighboring regions developments had such a defining component with the start of Eurasian and

the world, another major factor was the cycle of economic stability. When landmasses have a great
financial standing, they experience a rate of growth of agriculture, innovation of technology, and
increased capital would be present. All these elements could decipher if a society will rise or fall. A
determining circumstance if a region will be successful is where it will settle, and if agriculture is

such as the dikes, conservation, and irrigation systems which led to a large population. As all these
influences started to unwind, so did the specialization of labor, which helped to create technological

social complexity within the territories itself; which showed the gap between the rich and poor. The

Gil is in his middle adulthood stage. According to Erikson developmental stage he is experiencing
generativity versus stagnation. Generativity is when adults decide to leave positive legacies of
themselves to the next generation. Stagnation is the negative side; individuals sense they have done

Essay on Comparison of Jackson s Short Story The Lottery...
Almost every person in the world holds a set of traditions which have been established and practiced
for a long period of time. However, some traditions often cause us to not see the rationality despite of
the destructive nature it may have. In Shirley Jackson s short story, The Lottery , a sacrifice of one s
life becomes the jackpot of an annual event held in a small town. This society s traditions have caused
the people to do away with their rational thoughts and the values of their lives as they have become so
stuck in their own cultural beliefs.
In the short story, The Lottery , Jackson s use of symbols reveals a twisting plot that isn t recognizable

Here in this village, the lottery only takes about two hours with the 300 residents that currently live
there. In some towns, the lottery takes nearly two days and must be started on the 26th. Jackson writes
it could begin at ten o clock in the morning and still be through in time to allow the villagers to get
home for noon dinner (156). This states that they want to get this completed so they can return home
with their families and have a family lunch. Relaying no emotion to the fact that death is the outcome
of this whole ordeal.
In the film The Lottery the setting is more modern and appears to be in the 1960 s even. You are able
to identify this due to the articles of clothing they possess, the way the towns people do their hair and
make up in some sort. Another clue is the shops out front of the town square, compared to the short
story; it was led to believe as if none of that had come into place at the time. Also the area seems to be
more industrialized than a rural town would be i.e. automobiles. It is never clear as to what day it may
be until the characters give dialogue of the other towns having to start the lottery a day ahead June
27th. The town s people seem to have much more concern and empathy in the film rather than the
short story because of the emphasis they put on the characters faces and their dialogue. Mrs.

To An Athlete Dying Young Summary
In every poet, there is a purpose in every poem they compose. In A.E. Housman To an Athlete Dying
Young (rpt. In Greg Johnson and Thomas R. Arp, Perrine s Literature: Structure, Sound, and Sense,
12th ed. [Boston: Wadsworth, 2015] 983) Housman shared his philosophy on how an athlete feels
when they grow old into their late seventies. In To an Athlete Dying Young is about an athlete that dies
young. What is surprising is that Housman doesn t spend much time lamenting the young athlete s
death. Instead, he pitches the positive aspects of dying young, which is far from the typical approach.
It concludes that it s okay to let go of the athletic aspect of life.
The poem starts off cheerfully enough, with the speaker remembering when the athlete ... Show more

Like death, fame is nothing new, but we never seem to get tired of it. Fame has been around for as
long as there have been people and language. Today, we live in what seems like a fame obsessed
society. The majority of what our social interactions revolves around has to do with fame. Despite the
fact that fame seems so important, most of us don t spend much time considering the nature of fame
and what we are putting such a high value on as individuals and as a society. A.E. Housman s To an
Athlete Dying Young gives us a chance to consider how high of a pedestal we place fame on. We are
challenged with the fact that the author thinks the athlete is a smart lad, or lucky, for dying young and
maintaining his hero status in the public eye. Normally, does fame seem meaningless when faced with
death? As seen in the poem, pride and competition often go hand in hand. In To an Athlete Dying
Young, pride plays an important role. The speaker suggests that, by dying young, the athlete will never
have to suffer the humiliation and wounded pride that comes along with defeat and eventual
weakening athletic ability. The bottom line, better dead than second

Environmental Challenges Facing American Auto Industry Essay
Environmental challenges facing American Auto industry
Introduction
The first gasoline powered automobile was built 1885 in Germany. The first car was engineered by
Henry Ford in 1896. He took things a notch higher by establishing an assembly line which enabled
him to mass produce the vehicles thus making them affordable to the consumers.
The use of automobiles has since increased in the US and other parts of the world. By 1999, the US
alone had over 200 million passenger cars and light trucks. The number of cars worldwide grew thrice
faster than the human population. The increase in the number of automobiles has become a matter of
great concern as it leads to serious air pollution. For instance, European Environment Agency reported
that transportation emission presents a huge threat to the environment.
Global competition in the industry:
During the first half of this century, automobile imports were negligible on American roads. For
instance in 1950s, only 21,287 automobiles were imported and local manufacturers ignored their
presence in the belief that the imports were small and low quality. However, foreign automobiles have
since set the quality benchmark and in 1986 reached an all time high of 4.1 million units. In 1980s the
big three auto makers (Ford, General Motors, and Fiat/Chrysler) formed joint ventures with Japanese
automakers in order to capitalize on consumer attitude towards foreign automobiles. In 2004, the
automobile manufacturers formed the

Why Is Adoption Legal In Australia
Adoption Laws In Queensland
Laws in Australia are designed to protect the general safety of Australian citizens and should reflect
the attitudes, values and beliefs of society. Given that families play such a large role in the structure of
Australian society, there is a need for legislation to regulate family relationships. When these
regulations are necessary, the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia
implement them. As the primary objective of family law is to protect children, adoption is treated with
sensitivity under the law. Strict regulations imposed by the adoption laws in Queensland however,
make it much too difficult for Australians to adopt children from overseas, and are in need of
amendment. The law regarding intercountry adoption in Queensland discriminates against ... Show

This is likely correlated with Australia s overall decline in intercountry adoptions. Since the Hague
convention was implemented, adoptions from Australian citizens declined by approximately 74%. In
addition to this, 94% of adoptees that came from overseas were from Asia, 6% were from
South/Central America, and there were no finalised adoptions from Africa or other regions. This
distribution reflects the number of countries in each region with which Australia has an adoption
program, and the characteristics of these programs. As well as this, the typical waiting period for
families who adopted a child from overseas in 2014 15 was a period of over five years. It would
undoubtedly be beneficial not only to Australian citizens desiring to adopt, but also to an immense
number of orphaned children, if the Hague convention reached African countries, or made it easier to

Misconceptions Of Professional Wrestling
Professional wrestling s most mysterious hold is on its audience, Luke Neely. Professional wrestling

wrestling is an athletic form of entertainment that is based on the portrayal of highly exaggerated
combat. It began in carnivals, shortly after the civil war, and gained widespread popularity in the 1980
s thanks to the reappearance of World Wrestling Federation, WWF, on network television. Although
viewed as a barbaric, uneducated group of individuals, professional wrestling fans are a group with
many forms of communications through their own slang terms, live events, and blogs.

The creation of these terms was established to not only describe the wrestlers, but also the fans and the
overall show. Most of these terms are used more widely when discussing national promotions, like
WWE and Total National Action (TNA), then independent promotions or the indies, like the World
Wrestling Alliance (WWA) an indy company based out of Central City, Kentucky. There are basically
two types of wrestlers: superstars, who are the male competitors, and divas, who are the female
competitors. The superstars and divas can be either heel, a bad guy, or face, a good guy. When the
wrestler switches from face to heel it is called a heel turn likewise when they switch from heel to face
it is a face turn. The superstar and diva also portray a certain character or gimmick when they wrestler,
that may continue for a short or long time considering how the fans react to it. When referring to the
wrestler s status level, there are three overall types: the jobber, who is usually a newer, unknown
wrestler whose main job is to lose to the better known wrestlers. The jobber may also be considered
too green or inexperienced and prone to make more mistakes. Then there are the midcarders who
wrestle more in the middle of the event and are seen as being a top wrestler but not a big money
drawer. The highest status a wrestler can achieve is to be considered a main eventer. A main eventer is
seen as the best of the company and one of the top money drawers on the roster and usually get to
compete at the end of the show also known as the main event. The individuals who accompany the
wrestler to the ring but do not actually complete are referred to as the wrestlers manager or valet. A
manager is usually a male who accompanies the wrestler while a valet is usually a female. The main

with Black Liberation, Gay Liberation, and Women Liberation. Singer states, It is a demand for a

Analysis Of Jean Luc Godard s Film Le Secne
In this study I will be discussing Mise En Secne in a scene from Jean Luc Godard s film Le Mepris ,
This film is extensively layered with cinematic text, and different social and political subliminal ideas
working together as one part to meld in an artistic film within a simple story line, A French couple
living a contemptuous conjugal life, as the wife Camille begins to abhor her husband Paul, Paul tries
to investigate the reason of their failed marriage . This simple story line, identifies the French new
wave, yet with its richness in subtleties the film is more about what it doesn t speak. To make my
discussion explicable and convincing I must write about the scene in relation to another, and must
correspond shots to another.
The scene begins with a one long take, Paul and Camille enters their barely furnished apartment, yet
the flat is full of books and paintings scattered all around, this doesn t only emphasize that Paul is a
play writer with inclination to arts, because this flat contrasts with Jerry s big fancy house in the
previous scene. Jerry is an American producer, and his house is cramped with fancy furniture,
statuettes, lamp lights and musical instruments but it lacks the elements of culture. We can draw from
this two different meanings. First, the reflection of cinema at that time, Hollywood which was fancy
but lacking culture and meaning, and the French cinema which was poor yet rich with culture and
meaning. The second conclusion is the economic crisis

My favorite quote comes from Douglass Adam s A Hitchhiker s Guide to the Galaxy and goes as
follows: don t panic. It is a rather short quote and lacks a that special gravitas found in memorable
quotes from famous historical figures, but it has served me better than any other piece of advice. I
interpret it as a reference to the brevity of life and the tendency of mankind to blow things out of
proportion; basically, life is short so try not to waste it by excessively worrying about things that are
not important. To paraphrase another quote from the same book, I would rather be happy than right. At

The Causes Of The Triangle Fire Of 1911
A year after shirtwaist workers thought they had won a war, the Triangle Fire proved that it had
merely been a battle. Under the Triangle Shirtwaist Company owners, Max Blanck and Isaac Harris,
the men and women laboring to sew waist skirts were dissatisfied with their terrible working
conditions and low wages. While working, the garment workers, made up of mostly poor Italian and
Jewish women immigrants, would constantly be yelled at and called sexist slurs by bosses, and forced
to work long, tiring hours for little pay (Argersinger 11). Tired of these conditions, the workers of the
Triangle Shirtwaist Company in New York met in secret to form a union against the company in
September 1909 (Argersinger 11). The union of the garment workers acquired the backing of both the
International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Women s Trade Union League, which inspired
many other women, both working and upper classes, to follow the older unions lead and join the
garment workers fight. Accordingly, thousands of garment workers launched an eleven week strike on
November 22, 1909, which became known as the Uprising of Twenty Thousand (Argersinger 11 12).
The strikes were successful because they accomplished their key goals, though this came at the cost of
improving workplace safety which eventually led to the Triangle Fire of 1911. Years before the
tragedy, the motivations of the Triangle Shirtwaist Company workers to participate in the Uprising of

something that can be proven by observation from cause to effect. An inference is something that is

It seems that the key issue facing global financial markets and international investors is worldwide
accounting diversity as considerable differences exist across countries which inevitably leads to chaos
in global capital markets as different amounts are being reported on balance sheets and income

Source of funding is regarding who owns the shares in the most powerful listed companies within
each nation. The major sources of financing for business are either family members, banks,
governments, or shareholders (Doupnik Perera, 2012, p. 29). For example, due to being a communist
state with very little opportunity for private ownership, China s major company financing is
dominated by the Chinese government as well as their government controlled banks (Fernando, 2010).
This can be seen in one of China s largest companies, Petro China, as its controlling shareholder, the
China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), is wholly state owned (PetroChina, 2015). Sources of
finance from governments and their government controlled banks means that there is less pressure for
public accountability and information disclosure (Doupnik Perera, 2012, p. 29). In contrast, Australia
runs a free market economy where private business enterprises seem to dominate. This can be seen in
one of Australia s largest companies, BHP, who are privately owned by millions of dispersed
shareholders such as private investors, superannuation funds and corporations (Stockzoa, 2016). This
is important to note as more information is available and demand for disclosure occurs the more
privately owned companies are dependent on funding from the general population (Doupnik Perera,
2012, p. 30).

Absurdism In The Absurd Theatre
Absurdity
The absurd theatre is another movement that emerged as a reaction against the old methods of culture
and literature. In fact, the idea of the absurd is not new but it roots in the history of human beings.
Absurdity in life is primordial and not the invention of the theatre. With the beginning of life, man is
struggling against it to find a solution. The efforts are aimed at a meaningful life and human being s
interrelationship with the universe. It is an eternal struggle between the two. Thus, the absurdity is not
the product of any one factor but it generates through the inevitable dependency. Albert Camus, in his

Examples Of Overcoming Nihilism
Overcoming Nihilism according to Nietzsche
In this paper, I will explore Nietzsche s considerations towards nihilism and the philosopher s views
on overcoming it. My conclusion is that Nietzsche s strategy of overcoming nihilism is indeed viable
and a potential to be successful given the pragmatic nature of the individual. I will investigate further
on the reasons why this is the case. My assumptions in examples below are based on an application of
the Nietzsche s solution on a reasonably mentally stable individual.
First, let s assume Friedrich Nietzsche s definition of nihilism. According to Nietzsche:
1) Every belief, every considering something true, is necessarily false because there simply is no true
world . ...That there is no truth, that there is no absolute nature of things nor a thing in itself. (Will to
Power)
2) [Nihilism] ...places the value of things precisely in the lack of any reality corresponding to these
values and in their being merely a symptom of strength on the part of the value positers, a
simplification for the sake of life. (Will to Power) Therefore, an individual must accept absolute
nihilism where there is no pre determined higher meaning to life, no goals an individual is destined to
achieve and no social constructs to follow. Building upon this argument, Nietzsche elaborates in Will
to Power that Nihilism is . . . not only the belief that everything deserves to perish; but one actually
puts one s shoulder to the plough; one destroys .

for the Look Good...Feel Better cancer organization seeing as they raised $1 million dollars and
increased awareness of this great organization. Likes as well as interaction on their Facebook page
continued to grow even after the two month campaign and in 2010 alone, their selling of their Hope
Mia skincare brush more than doubled compared the previous year. Clearly no one can know for sure
if it was directly because of the like campaign but it is safe to say that the increased awareness did
contribute to an increase in sales of Clarisonic products. The like campaigne increased Clarisonics fan
page by 80 percent. Redbull: Without a doubt Redbull achieved its objectives of showing the world
something that has never done before and reemphasizing their brand motto Redbull gives you wings.
This event had a huge brand impact on Redbull. Not only did this campaign beat records and was
unprecedented scientifically, it was also beating records in a brand marketing perspective. 1,000,000
distinct user accounts were involved in the conversation regarding RedBull Stratos with a suggested
audience of this content being up to 90,000,000. 2,000,000 new accounts were subscribed for Red

Analysis Of John Keats
The Different Perspective
(A Discussion on messages in John Keats poems.) John Keats was a poet in the 1800 s who was way
ahead of his time. Keats left his indelible mark on literature. Even though Keats lived a hard, short
life, it never stopped him from writing good literature. He had no advantages of birth, wealth or
education; he lost his parents in childhood, watched one brother die of tuberculosis and the other
emigrate to America. Poverty kept him from marrying the woman he loved. And he achieved lasting
fame only after his early death in 1821. Yet grief and hardship never destroyed his passionate
commitment to poetry (Hanson) Keats writing was different then other poets of his time, his meaning
and messages were way ahead of his ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
At the end of his life he wrote When I Have Fears That I May Cease to Be that explained their were
many things he wasn t going to be able to do before he died. When I have fears I cease to be, before
my pen has gleaned my teeming brain (1). Keats explains that he knows he is going to die soon, and is
scared that he isn t going to be able to write everything he wants to write before he passes. Keats ends
the poem with explaining that when he is alone he goes to the end of the earth, or the ocean and stands
and looks back on the world. He tries to convince himself that he doesn t need to accomplish all these
things before he dies, but can t conquer the emptiness he feels because of them. Keats can never
overcome the burden of feeling unaccomplished, and tells readers to not waste their lives away. Right
before death John Keats wrote an Ode called Ode to A Nightingale which portrays the message of just
because people die, doesn t mean life ends. In Ode to A Nightingale Keats is talking to a Nightingale
which is one of the only birds awake during the night. Keats realizes that the bird sings, simply
because it is happy. Keats can feel death coming in his life. My heart aches, and drowsy numbness
pains, My sense, as though of hemlock I had drunk (1). Keats

The Ottoman Empire Of Islam
The Ottoman Empire The Ottoman Turks who initially relocated from Central Asia, rose to control in
the late 1300s mid 1400s to pick up administration over a large portion of the Middle East. In 1453 the
armed force of Mehmed II, The Conqueror, conveyed their massive siege cannons to the entryway of
Constantinople and raged the Christian capital. Subsequent to catching Constantinople in 1453 the
Ottomans had built up a genuine domain, contemporary with the Habsburg. The Ottoman was the
remainder of the grand extensive empire of Islam, overlying the Abbasid and Seljuk, with some
Mongol impact through the Ilkhanids of Persia. The Fall of Constantinople denoted the end of the
Middle Ages and the start of another age in Europe.
The Spanish and Portuguese Voyage The first countries in Europe to explore the Atlantic would be
Portugal and Spain. They both had a lot of sea involvement in the Mediterranean, on account of
exchange and long arrangement of maritime wars against the Ottoman Turks. Portuguese and Spanish
exploration amid the 1400s and mid 1500s continued in two ways. To start with, the Portuguese
endeavored to achieve the grounds of the far east by guiding their way down the shoreline of Africa,
adjusting the landmass, and after that sailing across the Indian Ocean to Asia. Second, and meanwhile,
the Spanish, rivaling the Portuguese endeavored to locate their own course to Asia by sailing west,
around the world. Broadly the Spanish discovered the continents of

Forbidden Love in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet Essay
Don t you hate it when something doesn t turn out the way you wanted it to? When you care so deeply
about something and sacrifice so much just so that it can happen, but despite it all, ends in ruins. This
is the theme of Shakespeare s Romeo and Juliet. In this tragic tale, two fated lovers risk everything,
even life itself, to be with one another. They go against family, friends and fate to be together. Had
premonitions in the play been taken more seriously by key characters, tragedy could have been
avoided. In the play we read of many warnings which, had they been heeded, would have saved the
lives of Romeo and Juliet. Warnings such as the Prologue and Romeo s first dream, From forth the
fatal loins of these foes a pair of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
On, lusty gentlemen. [Act 1.5. 107 113] Despite the warning of death, Romeo tells fate, which he
believes to be controlling his life, to take over and guide his sails. Romeo and Juliet could have been
spared had the Prologue, and Romeo s first dream in the play, been seen as warnings. Many lives
could have been spared had the characters paid closer attention to Romeo s and Juliet s actions and
words. If key characters, such as Nurse and Frair Lawrence had paid closer attention to the events, and
comprehended the threat, Romeo and Juliet s death might not have been so premature. On the night of
first meeting Romeo, Juliet has already decided that she is in love with him and wants to be married,
Go ask his name. if he be married, my grave is like to my wedding bed... My love sprung from my
only hate! Too early seen unknown too late! Prodigious birth of love it is to me, that I must love a
loathed enemy. [Act 1.5. 133 140] Nurse informs Juliet of Romeo s family name, Montague, her
family s sworn enemies. If Nurse had stopped the progression of Juliet s love for Romeo at that point,
or if she had informed Lady and Lord Capulet soon after, Juliet and Romeo wouldn t have had a
chance to be together; also, Mercutio wouldn t have died because Romeo s love for Juleit wouldn t
have conflicted his fight with Tybalt. If Nurse had only weighed the danger in these very early lines,
or thought about the drama that could entail,

Energy Sources Of Renewable Biomass
I. INTRODUCTION
As an abundant, inexpensive, and renewable as well as environmentally friendly (i.e. CO2 neutral)
energy source, biomass energy has been a particular focus of researcher and policy makers as well as
industries around the world (Chen, 2003). Renewable biomass presents an important research area for
energy source, considering the current global crises of exhaustible sources of energy. Bioenergy is the
4th largest source of energy in the world, and it does not contribute to the global warming through
emissions of CO2 or any other green house gases. Biomass pyrolysis has witnessed exponential
growth in its research and has been investigated extensively in the last few decades, first in the form of
fixed bed reactors and later in the form of moving bed reactors (fluidized bed, auger bed etc). As the
combustion of solid biomass is analogous to the combustion of other solid fuels, such as coal and
waste, essentially the same technology is applicable to all solid fuels, although modifications are
required to handle the high content of moisture and volatiles typically associated with biomass fuels
(Duffy Eaton, 2013). In this paper, which reviews the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of
fixed/moving bed solid gas reactors, biomass pyrolysis, gasification and combustion has been the
focus of the study. Combustion of biomass in the presence of carrier gases like N2 etc has been
extensively studied, with focus being on the numerical or CFD models which have

My High School Student
I m a high school student. Typically, when people think of high schoolers they envision an athletic
jock, a geeky near, or even the most popular girl in school. I personally don t consider myself to be
one of those typical high school students. As I m a hard working, self motivated student, who chose to
leave the high school scene, and switch over to the running start program for my senior year. I ve had
countless people tell me that I d made the wrong decision, or that I m missing out on the best days of
my life. All of which may be true, but in the beginning of my senior year this new challenge was
exactly what I needed to be a successful student, and to be the happiest person I could be. As I threw
myself into an entirely different learning environment, which included more independence and self
accountability, I knew this was best. Once I conformed to my new routine and began to get to know
the teachers and students in my classes, things got a lot easier. I was doing well in all my classes. I
stayed on top of my homework, turned in all my assignments on time, stayed after class to ask
questions, until I hit a major setback in my Political Science class. It was my first college exam, and I
had no idea what to expect, I thought I had thoroughly studied the material until I got my exam back
with a failing score. I was in disbelief, I didn t understand how this could ve happened when I thought
that I d prepared myself so well. I immediately started considering all the factors

How Did The Rise Of Mayan Civilization
The rise of civilizations significantly increased as the world made its shift from the Paleolithic Era to
the Neolithic Era and onward. The Mayan civilization arose as a part of Mesoamerica during the
sixteenth century. Occupying the regions of Central America and Mexico, the Mayans had a strong
impact on the world with militaristic and influence from the invention of advancements. The earliest
record of the Mayan existence dates back to circa 400 B.C. The Mayan Civilization extended over a
time period dating back to 400 B.C to approximately 1517 A.D. This domination lasted for
approximately 1200 years until their mysterious disappearing. This civilization hit its height
throughout the time period of 200 A.D to 900 A.D. Many factors led ... Show more content on

The Mayan territory charted to populate the areas of Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Ecuador, El
Salvador, and the southern tip of Mexico. Overpopulation began to occur as the growth of the empire
extended. Urban areas surrounding the large trade cities including Tikal and Chichen Itza, often had
populations over 2000 people. Rural areas which were agriculturally dependent, were often populated
with 200 400 people. The main centers of trade and urban areas were constructed out of limestone.
This limestone was easily taken over by growing plants in which overtook the area. Deforestation then
occurred to make more level farming area to provide food to the inhabitants. Tikal was home to
rainforests and was one of the first cities to experience the downfall. According to NASA, They had to
burn 20 trees to heat the limestone for making just 1 square meter of the lime plaster they used to
build their tremendous temples, reservoirs, and monuments (Coulter, 20). The burning of these trees
resulted in detrimental environmental issues in which would soon harm to Mayan civilization due to
removing carbon from the air. The Mayan civilization continued to undergo climate changes. Severe
drought was brought upon the area following the deforestation. The Mayan civilization was prone to
tropical climate in which influenced their making of the calendar. High rainfall was normal to the area
and benefitted the

Analysis Of The Grand Budapest Hotel
Zyra De Los Reyes
Professor Dan Gerth
Honors 2010 003
October 21, 2016
An auteur director is viewed as prime mover in creative filmmaking, whose work is considered to
have a distinctive style and innovative. Wes Anderson exemplifies the concept of auteurism due to his
personal influence, and artistic control in his movies. His films feature a continuity of technical
aspects with similar themes of familial drama and disgruntlement. From his well composed mise en
scene to classic pan shots, his style has surely become an acclaimed signature. The Grand Budapest
Hotel, The Darjeeling Limited, and The Royal Tenenbaums are chosen from Anderson s filmography
to show that the use of these features has remained constant since his earliest work.
Anderson is known for his quirky style. When people, especially filmgoers see a movie that has
distinguishing color palette and perfect symmetry that s aesthetically pleasing, they would know it s
his. Since The Grand Budapest Hotel is a story within a story, the color provides a distinction between
one period to another and gives more meaning to the film.
The story begins with an older Author played by Tom Wilkinson telling the tale on how he gets his
inspiration for his book which is also named The Grand Budapest Hotel. Then the younger version of
the author, played by Jude Law who meets Monsieur Zero Moustafa (F. Murray Abraham) was shown.
Zero meets the author and tells the tale on how he became the hotel s owner. In the film, Anderson

Today s society of parents will make that choice for the child, wither the child wants to or not. Many parents think that public schools are not educating their child enough so they resort to homeschooling. This would mean devoting your time as a parent by helping support them in learning and to make sure they will succeed with their education. • 3. Essay on Magic in The Descent of Innana and Sappho Magic in The Descent of Innana and Sappho In the ancient text The Descent of Innana and the lyric poetry of Sappho, language is viewed as magic. Not only are the words themselves acting as magic, as in an invocation, but other things manifest themselves as magic throughout the works. The most common throughout the works of Sappho is that of love. Sappho also shows us the magic of everyday life in many of her poems. Finally, the writing down of the works performs a magic all of its own; the magic of continuation. Through the writing of their works the story of Innana and the poetry of Sappho will live on forever. The most obvious use of language as magic is in The Descent of Innana. This text is actually all ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In the poem You know the place: then , Sappho invokes the Goddess Aphrodite. She does this by calling out to the goddess and naming the place she wishes for Aphrodite to appear. Leave Crete and come to us / waiting where the grove is / pleasantest, by precincts / sacred to you; incense / smokes on the altar... ( lines 2 6). This shows how words were believed to hold the power to persuade a god or goddess. The hope was that, if the offering of poetry was beautiful enough, then the god would grant the request of the poet. This is not the only form of magic that words held for the ancient Greeks. In another poem that Sappho wrote, A Prayer to Aphrodite , Sappho describes anguished love. Sappho desires nothing more then to have this unrequited love returned to her arms. In this poem the magic of language calls Aphrodite forth and inspires her to do Sappho a favor. It inspires the goddess to give Sappho the power to bring this person back to the glittering net of her arms (19). This shows Sappho s true desire to harness the power of love through the magic of language. If she can only write this poem beautiful enough then Aphrodite will take pity on her and give her what she most wants. What s the secret wish of your crazy, wild heart? / Whom must Love compel with Her wily ruses / back into the glittering net of your arms? / Sappho, who hurts you? (17 20). This is what Sappho wishes to hear from Aphrodite. The power and beauty ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 8. Essay Mending Wall What is so important about mending a wall? Robert frost a down to earth, phenomenon has used his supernatural skills to write a poem which may seem to be a simple, ordinary poem, yet what lays hidden behind the veils may be unraveled. That is the spiritual world that you and me may learn to understand the philosophical basis of human nature that provokes the human revolution. Believe it or not this poem was ingeniously devised by Robert Frost to articulately open up a world of ideas that acumen imagination and its complexities. That is what I will be elaborating on in terms of textual evidence. Like many of Frost s poems, mending wall involves a journey. We are introduced to two farmers in an annual meeting at the wall that separates ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Like tree felling, sheep shearing and crop harvesting. It is a ritual which has it s own paradox, it causes two neighbors to cooperate so that the wall which separate them to be sustained. It divides even their energies at this moment as they keep the wall between them as they walk its line. The definition of the ritual in strong symbolic terms is a statement of humankind s determination to hang on to all that divides it. Furthermore in this stanza they fix the wall in springtime, after wintertime, when the frozen ground swell has done its work of destruction. Frost feels a sense of mischief, an urge to question deep rooted and unreasoned attitudes. So he questions his neighbour s motto: why do good fences make good neighbours? He uses the most elementary of examples: if you had cows you would of course want to wall them in and stop them from roaming into others properties. But he points out the obvious, simple truth, in the most simple of language: But here there are no cows. Surely, such a persuasive argument must make his neighbour rethink his preoccupation that you need walls between you to make good neighbours. Frost questions the reasons for the wall being built in the first place. He sees a couple of reasons for building a wall: if there is something you need to keep in or out, build a wall; if some trouble can result from open spaces, build a wall. Otherwise why have one? He climaxes his argument by ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 11. The Library Of The Modern Library Libraries are an important resource, both to those who use them and to the area in which they reside. Over the years, libraries have changed from being simple repositories of printed books and materials. Instead, libraries now are home to ever changing technologies, community meeting rooms, areas in which children can participate in a variety of activities, and a multitude of other things, in addition to the previously housed print materials. As the Carnegie libraries of the past, and other libraries, begin to become less well suited to the mission of the modern library, it is possible that many library directors may find themselves in a position of being asked to plan a new building. This is a multi faceted process which must be carefully considered in order to be a success. While there is no such thing as a perfect library, one which has been carefully thought out and well designed may more easily gain acceptance by the community. Steps which must be taken are a consideration of problems with the existing building, the creation of a building team, a thorough assessment of needs, a determination of how much space is needed, selection of site location, the design of the library, and a post occupation evaluation. While working in an existing library, it may not be immediately apparent to the librarian to what extent the current situation is not ideal. Influential Rhetorical Strategies of 1989 s Subaru Legacy Advertisement The Subaru Legacy advertisement is found in the middle in May 1989 s LIFE magazine. First, the ad begins to entice the reader with a black and white photo of the vehicle. It covers two thirds of the connected page, and the background looks blurry, it appears to have been taken as the vehicle was being driven. The first words seen by the reader are New Maximum Strength Subaru ( New Maximum Strength Subaru ) written in a large font. The rest of the rhetorical strategies reside below the photo and large text. Within the text, the author speaks to the audience about the Subaru Legacy s uniqueness, including its rare engine design, tremendously powered transmission, and its brake and traction control systems. Then, the author directs and guides the readers to the luxury and comfort within the interior of the vehicle. To complete the argument, the writer mentions its starting price, and states the Subaru Legacy is reliable and durable enough for the public. One of the first points in this advertisement relating to rhetoric is the set of values on which the argument rests, subtly telling the audience about the strength and durability and how it is inherently good and can be trusted to the full extent. Throughout the whole argument, the audience is led to believe these claims because the author uses evidence in the form of facts, especially in this statement, And if you look beyond its gracefully ... Early New England s colony totaled to above 4,000 colonists. Winthrop describes them as all being in good health and well provided of all necessarys: so hath not died about 2 or 3 grown persons . In Shirley Jackson s short story, The Lottery , a sacrifice of one s life becomes the jackpot of an annual event held in a small town. This society s traditions have caused the people to do away with their rational thoughts and the values of their lives as they have become so stuck in their own cultural beliefs. Under the Triangle Shirtwaist Company owners, Max Blanck and Isaac Harris, the men and women laboring to sew waist skirts were dissatisfied with their terrible working conditions and low wages. While working, the garment workers, made up of mostly poor Italian and Jewish women immigrants, would constantly be yelled at and called sexist slurs by bosses, and forced to work long, tiring hours for little pay (Argersinger 11). Tired of these conditions, the workers of the Triangle Shirtwaist Company in New York met in secret to form a union against the company in September 1909 (Argersinger 11). The union of the garment workers acquired the backing of both the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Women s Trade Union League, which inspired many other women, both working and upper classes, to follow the older unions lead and join the garment workers fight. Accordingly, thousands of garment workers launched an eleven week strike on November 22, 1909, which became known as the Uprising of Twenty Thousand (Argersinger 11 12). • 37. Examples Of Overcoming Nihilism Overcoming Nihilism according to Nietzsche In this paper, I will explore Nietzsche s considerations towards nihilism and the philosopher s views on overcoming it. My conclusion is that Nietzsche s strategy of overcoming nihilism is indeed viable and a potential to be successful given the pragmatic nature of the individual. I will investigate further on the reasons why this is the case. My assumptions in examples below are based on an application of the Nietzsche s solution on a reasonably mentally stable individual. First, let s assume Friedrich Nietzsche s definition of nihilism. According to Nietzsche: 1) Every belief, every considering something true, is necessarily false because there simply is no true world . ...That there is no truth, that there is no absolute nature of things nor a thing in itself. (Will to Power) 2) [Nihilism] ...places the value of things precisely in the lack of any reality corresponding to these values and in their being merely a symptom of strength on the part of the value positers, a simplification for the sake of life. (Will to Power) Therefore, an individual must accept absolute nihilism where there is no pre determined higher meaning to life, no goals an individual is destined to achieve and no social constructs to follow. Building upon this argument, Nietzsche elaborates in Will to Power that Nihilism is . . . not only the belief that everything deserves to perish; but one actually puts one s shoulder to the plough; one destroys . ... • 40. Analysis Of John Keats The Different Perspective (A Discussion on messages in John Keats poems.) John Keats was a poet in the 1800 s who was way ahead of his time. Keats left his indelible mark on literature. Even though Keats lived a hard, short life, it never stopped him from writing good literature. He had no advantages of birth, wealth or education; he lost his parents in childhood, watched one brother die of tuberculosis and the other emigrate to America. Poverty kept him from marrying the woman he loved. And he achieved lasting fame only after his early death in 1821. Yet grief and hardship never destroyed his passionate commitment to poetry (Hanson) Keats writing was different then other poets of his time, his meaning and messages were way ahead of his ... At the end of his life he wrote When I Have Fears That I May Cease to Be that explained their were many things he wasn t going to be able to do before he died. Keats explains that he knows he is going to die soon, and is scared that he isn t going to be able to write everything he wants to write before he passes. Keats ends the poem with explaining that when he is alone he goes to the end of the earth, or the ocean and stands and looks back on the world. He tries to convince himself that he doesn t need to accomplish all these things before he dies, but can t conquer the emptiness he feels because of them. Keats can never overcome the burden of feeling unaccomplished, and tells readers to not waste their lives away. Right before death John Keats wrote an Ode called Ode to A Nightingale which portrays the message of just because people die, doesn t mean life ends. In Ode to A Nightingale Keats is talking to a Nightingale which is one of the only birds awake during the night. Keats realizes that the bird sings, simply because it is happy. Keats can feel death coming in his life. My heart aches, and drowsy numbness pains, My sense, as though of hemlock I had drunk (1). Keats ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 41. The Ottoman Empire Of Islam The Ottoman Empire The Ottoman Turks who initially relocated from Central Asia, rose to control in the late 1300s mid 1400s to pick up administration over a large portion of the Middle East. In 1453 the armed force of Mehmed II, The Conqueror, conveyed their massive siege cannons to the entryway of Constantinople and raged the Christian capital. Subsequent to catching Constantinople in 1453 the Ottomans had built up a genuine domain, contemporary with the Habsburg. The Ottoman was the remainder of the grand extensive empire of Islam, overlying the Abbasid and Seljuk, with some Mongol impact through the Ilkhanids of Persia. The Fall of Constantinople denoted the end of the Middle Ages and the start of another age in Europe. The Spanish and Portuguese Voyage The first countries in Europe to explore the Atlantic would be Portugal and Spain. They both had a lot of sea involvement in the Mediterranean, on account of exchange and long arrangement of maritime wars against the Ottoman Turks. Portuguese and Spanish exploration amid the 1400s and mid 1500s continued in two ways. To start with, the Portuguese endeavored to achieve the grounds of the far east by guiding their way down the shoreline of Africa, adjusting the landmass, and after that sailing across the Indian Ocean to Asia. Second, and meanwhile, the Spanish, rivaling the Portuguese endeavored to locate their own course to Asia by sailing west, around the world. Broadly the Spanish discovered the continents of ... • 42. Forbidden Love in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet Essay Don t you hate it when something doesn t turn out the way you wanted it to? When you care so deeply about something and sacrifice so much just so that it can happen, but despite it all, ends in ruins. This is the theme of Shakespeare s Romeo and Juliet. In this tragic tale, two fated lovers risk everything, even life itself, to be with one another. They go against family, friends and fate to be together. Had premonitions in the play been taken more seriously by key characters, tragedy could have been avoided. In the play we read of many warnings which, had they been heeded, would have saved the lives of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet could have been spared had the Prologue, and Romeo s first dream in the play, been seen as warnings. Many lives could have been spared had the characters paid closer attention to Romeo s and Juliet s actions and words. If key characters, such as Nurse and Frair Lawrence had paid closer attention to the events, and comprehended the threat, Romeo and Juliet s death might not have been so premature. On the night of first meeting Romeo, Juliet has already decided that she is in love with him and wants to be married, Go ask his name. if he be married, my grave is like to my wedding bed... If Nurse had stopped the progression of Juliet s love for Romeo at that point, or if she had informed Lady and Lord Capulet soon after, Juliet and Romeo wouldn t have had a chance to be together; also, Mercutio wouldn t have died because Romeo s love for Juleit wouldn t have conflicted his fight with Tybalt. • 43. Energy Sources Of Renewable Biomass I. INTRODUCTION As an abundant, inexpensive, and renewable as well as environmentally friendly (i.e. CO2 neutral) energy source, biomass energy has been a particular focus of researcher and policy makers as well as industries around the world (Chen, 2003). Renewable biomass presents an important research area for energy source, considering the current global crises of exhaustible sources of energy. Bioenergy is the 4th largest source of energy in the world, and it does not contribute to the global warming through emissions of CO2 or any other green house gases. Biomass pyrolysis has witnessed exponential growth in its research and has been investigated extensively in the last few decades, first in the form of fixed bed reactors and later in the form of moving bed reactors (fluidized bed, auger bed etc). As the combustion of solid biomass is analogous to the combustion of other solid fuels, such as coal and waste, essentially the same technology is applicable to all solid fuels, although modifications are required to handle the high content of moisture and volatiles typically associated with biomass fuels (Duffy Eaton, 2013). In this paper, which reviews the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis of fixed/moving bed solid gas reactors, biomass pyrolysis, gasification and combustion has been the focus of the study. Combustion of biomass in the presence of carrier gases like N2 etc has been extensively studied, with focus being on the numerical or CFD models which have ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Once I conformed to my new routine and began to get to know the teachers and students in my classes, things got a lot easier. I was doing well in all my classes.
