line order or risk restarting the process. Therefore, the DMV must consider training current
employees to process all required paperwork and payments as well as provide license plates. As a
result, the registration process is centralized and streamlined because the organization creates a one
stop processing center.
Feasibility The training of the current staff involves an individualistic level change, where the
organization focuses on improving employees to create an efficient processing system (Miller,
2002). In creating a centralized process, it requires significant staff training and development. The
Human Resources (HR) department will analyze the workload, environment, and schedules to

Instead of using self justification to protect their own character and prevent character change,
the couple uses their differences to build each other up. ...No matter how painful it can be to let
go of self justification, the result teaches us something deeply important about ourselves and can
bring peace of insight and self acceptance (Tavris and Aronson 183). Therefore, the success of a

A schematic representation of brick clay resources in Great Britain is presented in Figure 1.
The market of bricks presented significant changes with the introduction of concrete blocks as the
latter replaced common bricks in construction. This resulted to a shift of the market in producing
facing bricks, used for aesthetic purposes (Figure 2). The use of facing bricks accounts for over
90% of demand (BGS, 2007) (DTI construction statistics) The production of facing bricks appears
quite stable for the last seven years. Common and engineering bricks are still produced, but in

much lower quantities (Figure 2), whereas the manufacturing of facing bricks have expanded
significantly and currently is described by several products with different colours, textures,
surfaces and sizes. Clay tiles have also been affected by the introduction of concrete. Ceramic
pipemaking has declined considerably due to competition from concrete and plastic pipes. The only

products that show an increase in demand are roofing tiles, which have become more popular
recently (BGS, 2007).
Bricks are produced either by extrusion or by the soft mud process. Extrusion is the commonest

Often times, a son may be forced or obligated to do something for their family that doesn t
benefit him. The Metamorphosis, by Franz Kafka, explores Gregor s role as a provider in the
Samsa family, and how this role inhibits his progress and freedom. This novella demonstrates
how people are unaware of the situations that confine them, which they have no control over. In
Gregor s case, he remains trapped as a traveling salesman, a job which he dislikes, due to his lack
of agency regarding family responsibilities and potential for social advancement (movement).
Only after his metamorphosis does Gregor realize that his freedom and quality of life have been
impeded by his family obligations and lack of movement. Gregor s obligations to his family result
in his inextricable role as a provider for the Samsas. Because of the large debt accrued by his father,
Gregor has been working for the past five years, and must work an estimated six or seven more
years in order to repay it. During this decade of work, he must give up his own aspirations and
individuality in order to provide for the family. Gregor became a traveling salesman because he felt
obligated, or was forced to reverse the debt, however, he is unaware that his job is a trap from

As the cast assembles for the first read through the script, the producer listens to the dialog and
makes decisions to remove or change parts of the script. He or she also has the authority to
decide wardrobes and set props that will create a certain perception on the show. The same

Many books have been written on the topic of cities. They are great way to represent a larger
view of the time period that the books focus on. City of fortune does exactly that by showing
how Venice fell in power during the 1400 s. In a very similar regard a book called Lords of the
Sea did the same thing. They both focused on broad events, cultural interactions, and great
peoples to get their point across. By comparing how they both approach the same the same sort of
topic, one can get an idea of how well City of Fortune completes its goal of showing a good
representation of the 1400 s.
Like in lords of the sea, City of fortune does not focus on the small things. Aside from a few first
person accounts most of the book is based on the larger details of the city. The author does this
to not give an impression of what the people were like, but to show how empires in general acted
against each other. With this larger approach to viewing the city one can get a better view of the
cities place within the time period. This can be done by focusing on military events, because more

I first met San last fall, when I was his supplemental instructor for Financial Accounting. He came to
my sessions with regularity and is when our friendship started.
San involvement throughout campus is remarkable. In fall 2015, he was inducted in Phi Theta
Kappa, and after the induction ceremony he started coming to almost every weekly meeting. Phi
Theta Kappa is well known for its four hallmarks with successful students, service, fellowship,

In the world, there are about 6909 different languages being spoken. Millions of people are
speaking those languages all around the globe, but how many of them are actually speaking?
Language is not just about communication with words. Toni Morrison elaborates more on that idea
in her speech the Nobel Lecture. Toni s writing illustrates her beliefs about languageand the deeper
meaning of it. She explains that language should Permit new knowledge or encourage the mutual
exchange of ideas (Morrison). She believes that America is not achieving those ideas for language
but in fact is doing the opposite. American people do not know the meaning and effect of language
and because of that, true language is dying. In the speech, the Nobel Lecture, by Toni Morrison, the
author narrates repetition and connotationin order to emphasize and elaborate ideas and purposes of
language , ultimately exposing her beliefs about language.
In the speech, the word dying and other synonyms like dead are repeated multiple times. We
know that the the bird mentioned in the story is a metaphor for representing language because
Morrison says the heart of such language is languishing, or perhaps not beating at all if the bird
is already dead . That sentence connects how the bird and language are correlated in the speech.

Aiden is very socially aware and has positive peer relationships in the classroom. He is able to
solve problems and is not afraid to speak when he has a concern. Aiden is very eager to learn in
both language arts and mathematics, he works really hard and puts in effort in order to build his
fluency and accuracy when reading and adding his numbers. He is able to understand basic addition
word problems and solve for the unknown using pictures, dots, or manipulatives. He is fluent in
telling his letter names, sounds, and some sight words; however, he is behind in his reading level.

My Rule of Life is going to help and direct me to where I want to grow spiritually. Like a trellis
that helps guide plants to grow up in the direction it need to go, I want my Rule of Life to the
