This document discusses different types of garment finishing processes, including destroyed denim. It describes destroyed denim as a popular distressing effect that makes denim look unique and used. Frist the destroyed design
has been selected through
software. The area where
the jeans has to be
destroyed are selected. Then
the jeans are put in the
machine for destroyed.
According to the design the
machine are set. The leaser
ray are flown on the
selected area and burn the
jeans. The upper thread of
jeans are burn and this way
the jeans are destroyed by
machine.

11. Grinding:
Grinding is done on pocket edges
& bottom hems edges by running
against abrasion surface or stone
to achieve worn out effect. Many
different make of machines & pen
grinding tools are available in the
market which runs with pneumatic
system.
Grinding is doing on garment for
mainly old / used look appearance
& fashion.
Grinding is doing on hem, packet,
edge, west belt pocket opening
and pocket fluff of garments.
Grinding is done by grinding
machine, sand paper by manually.
