This document discusses media used for growing fungi. It describes potato dextrose agar used for growing isolated fungal strains and observing morphology. The ingredients for potato dextrose agar are listed as 1000ml water, 4g sliced and washed potatoes, 20g dextrose, 20g agar powder, with a final pH of 5.6±0.2 at 25°C.
