Observations and inferences
1.Atrium -
Atrium not only serves as
centre spot but also
contributes to natural
lighting during the day
time , Which reduces the
need for excess superficial
illumination.
2. Transit –
The good ambience is
provided to the transit but
sometimes during rush
hours the capacity of 850
people is not adequate .
On the side of window
façade , a good view of
exterior can be
experienced.
3. Corridor –
The corridor around the atrium
is narrow , and thus lack of
space can make movement
difficult for the occupant .
4.Toilets-
The placement of the
toilet is according to
comfort . An occupant
don’t have to circulate
so much to reach the
toilet.
5.Kids zone –
The kids play area is
situated on the
second floor and it
is not provided with
adequate space and
it can be felt
crowded sometimes.
6.Multi-level parking –
multi level parking system results in
optimum space utilization as multiple
amounts of cars can be parked in the
same amount of space.
7. No Privilege for physically
challenged –
No ramps or moving walks are
provided within the building for
handicapped people to travel from
one floor to other.
8. Lifts
There are no lifts present in the
building .
THANK YOU
