The Education Development Master Plan (EDMP) 2006-2010 aims to consolidate and guide the holistic development of Malaysia's education system over five years. It has two main approaches: ensuring equity and equality in education through fair opportunities, mastery of basic skills, and improved ICT; and developing excellent cluster schools to strengthen the overall education system through identifying cluster schools and introducing programs. The goal is to produce quality education for all.
