I.September 11 was a pivotal day that changed the world s opinion on the safety of air travel.
A.If surveyed pre 9/11, the average person would have said they felt airport security was adequate.
B.However, 13 years later the security debate continues as to whether we do enough to protect the
passengers, or if flying is any safer than it was before the terrorist attack.
II.Everyone wants flying to be safe, but the question is what is each person willing to invest for
their safety.
A.Is there a proper balance of time and money?
B.When does a security screen become an invasion of privacy?

III.With my mother working for the airlines, I have been exposed to all of the airline regulations
from being a frequent traveler since a very young age.

My third visit to Mrs. Casanova s class has thus far been my most productive, in terms of
applying something I have learned both from this class and UCF in general. With the end of the
middle of the second nine weeks rapidly approaching so too are classroom summative
assignments. During my visit on the twentieth I was able to both see the test creation process in a
PLC and participate in the creation of some questions. Two of the three teacher I have been able to
spend time with in the classroom, the first being in internship and the second, Mrs. Casanova with
service learning. Both teachers employ direct instruction as their primary means of conveying
information, with Mrs. Casanova using it more than the honors and AP teachers. However, within
the PLC the test questions were being created for all classes, rather than having separate questions
for AP, honors, and regular classes, with the only difference being the written response questions
being more challenging in upper classes. Due to this, content evidence was very important,
especially for the upper classes, as they technically would be getting the same test as a regular.
Beyond this however, the instruction leading up to the test also had to be evaluated as the questions
were made with AP in mind. According to the book, content evidence connects to state standards

Caging hens is unacceptable and a barbaric way of keeping animals. In New Zealand, 80% of
hens are currently suffering in battery cages, living an unnatural lifestyle. This inhumane way

I believe that the cost is well worth it because the welfare of animals is very important. The raise
in egg and poultry prices will have an impact on families all over New Zealand unless the

back bad reports when he is out pasturing with his brothers. However, what truly increased the
