Patient R.M. is an eighty year old Caucasian male. His religion is Christian. R.M. was retired
from work. He is a husband, father and grandfather per his wife. R.M. had no known allergies and

disease, atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure (HF), hypertension and kidney disease. His

in the class. I am at Bond Elementary School which is an intercity school. Most of the school s

the student performed the desired behavior, which was reading fluently within two minutes and
answering post questions he would move up half a notch. With the chart, Ja Von would have the
opportunity to earn different reinforcement such as things that he was interested in or things that
he liked. I became aware of the things that he was interested in during the observation phase and
before I introduced him to the intervention, I asked him to make a list of the 10 things that he
enjoyed doing or things that he liked in general. The list included but were not limited too
cookies, candy and action figures. This gave me the opportunity to use the reinforcers as ways to
increase the desired behavior and decrease the inappropriate one. After the intervention was

The Book Outliers The Story Of Success By Joe Flom
The story of Joe Flom incorporates many aspects of the first half of the book Outliers The Story
of Success. Malcolm Gladwell uses comparisons of other families with similarities of Flom s story
to demonstrate why he is successful. The story of Flom not only has what the previous chapters
present but also some new concepts. At the beginning of the chapter Gladwell tells the reader about
Flom s successand then jumps backwards to explain how it occurred. He also explains why some
people thrive while others do not such as lacking a certain skill or background. The first lesson
of this chapter is the importance of culture. Gladwell tells the story of one of Flom s classmates,
Alexander Bickel. Doing this shows a meaningful connection between everyone that was a
Jewish immigrant and just of a single person. This is shown by both stories being similar in the
protagonist, apart from the end result, and the denial of a first rate law firm. Therefore it is seen
as an impediment, but it is a golden opportunity (124). Because Flom was forced to start his own
firm or join a second rate one, he chose to join an up and coming new firm which he then
elevates to the top. This leap to the top happened because he was part of a newer firm. Gladwell
writes about this portion as a barrier for Flom intended to have the reader feel sorry for Flom.
However, Gladwell swings it around and states that thanks (original emphasis) to this Flom s proxy
fight, an overtaking or litigation for companies,

How Did Harriet Tubman Contribute To The Civil War
The most popular and best underground railroad conductor Harriet Tubman was one of the bravest
people of her century. Risking her life constantly for others really showed what type of person she
was. Harriet Tubman in an escaped slave that went on to save thousands of other slaves. She snuck
them from the south to the north using the underground railroad, her being one of the best
conductors known. Tubman had an impact on the civil war because she saved thousands of slaves
and was a very active abolitionist.
Harriet or formerly known as minty was born into slavery in 1820. After her slave owner dies in
1849 she ran away before she could be sold to another owner. After the civil war ended Tubman

times and saved thousands of slaves. Harriet Tubman was the most famous conductor for the

conductor that risked her life multiple times after already escaping slavery to save others. After
Harriet Tubman escaped from slavery , she returned the slave holding states many times to help

Theme Of Identity In The Brief Wondrous Life Of Oscar Wao
One thing all human beings, have in common is the struggle for self identity. Children are raised
by parents or guardians who have struggled and fought for their own identities. In many cases,
parents are still trying to figure it out, while raising their own children. Such is the case with the
characters in Junot Diaz s, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. The theme of identity
is
conveyed through the characters Dominican culture, social standing, and in finding love. Oscar,
Lola, and Yunior are three central characters in Oscar Wao, who s Dominican cultural and family
expectations were major obstacles as they struggled to establish their identity. Yunior represents the
stereotypical Dominican male raised in the states, yet he battles with selfdefinition as he comes to
terms with who he is on the inside as opposed to who he is purportedly supposed to be on the
outside. According to the Dominican culture, males are the picture of masculinity, known for their
womanizing ways. The central conflict within Yunior is his love for the Dominican social norm
versus his love for the things in his life that represented nerdiness. Yunior lifted weights and ran to
keep himself physically fit and was sexually promiscuous, at the same time, he enjoyed and
engaged in nerdy banter with Oscar about science fictiongenre, anime, fantasy and even writing.

up a major concern. There was a system error that needed to be fixed before Go Live date. The
file exchange from Century to ViewPost, and ViewPost to Centura was pulling incorrectly, more
specifically on our end. The issue began when the file was extracted from our database and
ready to be sent out as a CVS file to Viewpost. The different fields within a vendor s file were
being pulling incorrectly. For example, think about it as a gallon of milk in a refrigerator.
Before you gab the gallon of milk it was in the second compartment from the top, of the right
door of the refrigerator. You take it out and when some else puts back in, it has the option to go
anywhere in the refrigerator. The likelihood of retuning to it s original spot is unlikely and if I
am in a hurry and need to serve myself a glass of milk before missing the bus it would be ideal to
have it where I last pulled it from. Similarly, when the data, it is ideal to keep the information in
their rightful category, but the way it was being placed after was not consistent. James didn t

Dr. John Sanders earned a Th.D., from the university of South Africa and serves as the professor
of religious studies at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas. Previously, Sanders served in the
same position at Huntington College in Huntington, Indiana. Sanders also held the position of
Extraordinary Fellow at the Notre Dame University Center for Philosophy of Religion. He was
also the head of the religious studies program at Oak Hills Christian College in Minnesota. Dr.
Sanders published many articles and books. Some of his works include: No Other Name, An
Investigation into the Destiny of the Unsaved, and The God Who Risks: A Theologyof Providence,
and Does God Have a Future? A Debate on Divine Providence. His works would also include many
chapters in multi author books such as The Openness of God while authoring many journals as a
