disorders. In addition to traditional Occupational Therapy practices, CAMs
(complimentary alternative medicines) such as yoga with emphasis on mindfulness
based stress reduction can help those suffering recover more quickly.
Purpose: The aim of my research is to see Occupational Therapy interventions and
Yoga based interventions effectiveness in young adults suffering with depression and
anxiety disorders.

Sigmund Freud was a very well known psychologist in the early 20th century. He
began his career in partnership with Joseph Breuer. Together they wrote and
published the book Studies in Hysteria in 1895, after studying patients with

There was a time when the only place one can watch a movie was in a cinema.
Then after a while, as technology progressed, more means were evolved. There were
video cassettes first, followed by CDs. The reign of CDs lasted until the format DVD
was carved out. Ultimately, this evolution resulted in the pinnacle of entertainment:
the Blu ray Disc. This research paper will look at the various reasons behind the

called the Blu ray Disc Association. Now there were two front runners, Toshiba with
their HD DVD and Sony with their Blu ray Disc. The HD DVD had the advantage as
it was less expensive than the Blu ray and had a lion s share of released titles. But
when Sony premiered the Blu ray Disc player in their Play Station 3, the tides were
turned. Effective marketing techniques shifted the market trend in the Blu ray favour
until 2008, when Toshiba announced that it was pulling back the HD DVD format
