ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
Analysis and interpretation is a prominent step in research, it helps the researcher
to present the collected data into logical and sequential manner, which helps in easy
understanding. Thus, in the research process involves breaking down existing complex
factors into simple parts and putting the part together in new arrangement for the purpose
of interpretation. Thus, the goal of analysis is to summarize the data in such a way that
they provide answer to the questions that the researcher interprets. Analysis is a means,
by which the researcher tries to represent the curiosity and questions aroused generally,
for the purpose of better understanding and clarity on the subject which is studied.
Interpretation is dominant to represent the research for broader means of research
findings, through representation the meaning and implementation become clear.
Analysis is not complete method of interpretation and interpretation cannot
proceed without analysis systematically, so as to arrive at the findings through
interpretation. These are two methods to analyses collected data one method is through
graphical figure representation and the other through table.

CONCLUSION
Women are coming out of the four walls of their homes in search of economic
gain and fulfillment of their personal desire. As a result, a significant change has been
MSW, ABC University, Mangalore
17. Dual role of Women Employees
noticed in the attitude of men and women towards women’s education and employment.
More and more women have become conscious of their talents and the prospects of
making positive contribution to the society. Today many urban women, whether married
or not, are coming out to gain-full employment. By stepping outside to work, women
have broken the traditional notion of remaining with the four walls of the house.
The cultural assumption that the woman’s place is her home and her calling to serve
the interests of her family plays a decisive role in binding women to housework. Several
women face a lot of problems in balancing the two roles. The problem most commonly
experienced is that of work-overload leading to straining of physical and emotional
resources. The second most problems are that the division of domestic labor continues to
be based on gender identity and traditional conceptions. Thus women continue to bear
the burden of performing crucial domestic chores, despite their employment status.
Empowerment of women for organizational effectiveness needs to be seen as a
process, which has two phases to be taken care off- the individual phase and the
collective phase. Effective career strategies need to be developed by the organizations at
the various points of time. Their career development plans need to be worked out,
keeping their social obligations in view. This would increase the organizational
effectiveness as well as retain the health of the family, as well as that of the society and
in turn would help the organizations themselves… Make it one page atleast…
