This proposed sci fi TV pilot has a compelling and curious premise. The idea of future characters
traveling back to the present and meeting their doppelgangers is intriguing. It s a great hook. The
pilot features interesting characters that the audience easily comes to care about. There s a solid,
female protagonist, Layna that leads the ensemble cast, along with FutureBen. Both make for
intriguing characters.
The pilot is divided into a teaser, several acts, and a tag. The pace works well and the plot remains
on task and focused. The scenes feel essential. The opening sets the tone when Future Ben, a back
traveler, falls from thin air. It s a great way to open the pilot. It immediately captures everyone s
attention.
The only concern about the opening is the idea of the marriage proposal. This almost gives the
opening a different tone (comedy). It s a creative choice. Just showing people in the restaurant
eating, while the waiters work, and then showing Ben fall from thin air would work just as well.
As the pilot progresses, the mystery intensifies. There s a solid A story regarding the travelers and
there are several good subplots that support the main storyline. The murder story creates good
mystery. The story with Margaret is emotionally engaging with a powerful twist regarding her

Abstract
My point of departure for this thesis is that in many of our post industrial cities, the civic realm has
increasingly shrunk and the private realm has continuously expanded and civic spaces are arguably
more important today than ever. Most people are found using the unplanned public spaces rather
than the planned public spaces. The issue is approached by focusing on a middle ground between
urban planning and design of individual buildings. The intent is to design an insertion that responds
to specific features of the existing urban structure and the regulatory framework currently in place.
Here the juxtaposition of the old and new becomes the visible passage of time. The re
appropriation of old forms includes what maybe called the neo vernacular as one mode of
intellectual justification for architecture in our times. This proposition is an attempt to demonstrate
a continuous interface between public and private spaces and between access networks and
inhabitable spaces.

Perception of cultures is boundless and the conceptions of cultures are solely encompassed in the
eyes of those who behold them. Many construe cultures as being categorized by their basic views of
religion, disposal of the dead, hygiene, medical treatment, social interactions, and gender roles,
while others believe cultures are defined antagonistically. Though ideas of what embody a culture
differ, the creed that culture is diverse and varies internationally through location is comprehensive.
A culture s importance can often times be overlooked, and the Algerian culture is one of these

bordering the Mediterranean Sea with several cities of European influence. The country is one of
contrast and contradiction through its culture, through things such as language spoken, traditions or
beliefs practiced. The culture is heavily influenced by religion with over 99 percent of the
population being Sunni Muslims. Algeria is a country of both traditional and modern Muslim
cultures. There are often prevalent clashing cultural attributes that are both widely practiced within
Algeria. This idea of cultural contrast can be seen in The Plague, written by the influential
philosopher, Albert Camus. This philosophical fiction is set in the French Algerian port city of Oran
, sometime in the 1940s, and hosts many cultural aspects that contrast those that are widely

The intervention focuses on programs that are people oriented and environmental. These are
designed to facilitate the performance of everyday tasks and adaption of settings in which the
person work, live, and socializes. Example teaching new techniques and providing equipment which

This was the most action packed day of Daryn s life. He had been playing baseball for a couple
years now. He had really enjoyed it and loved playing the game. Today was the middle of the
season for the Trojans. He felt today, something bad was going to happen. His stomach was
flipping from side to side. Nerves were getting to him and he was starstruck. Daryn showed up to

arrived with the ice, Daryn was still sitting on the bench. Then coach started telling Daryn that he
is not gonna be able to play the second game. Daryn was always a second game player because he
wasn t as good to make first game, which is fortunate in this situation but the point is, Daryn wasn t
going to miss the game.
The most embarrassing part was the moment he had to tell his father. He hoped his dad had to
work that day because he didn t want his dad to see him like this. When his dad got to the game,
Daryn decided just to go up and tell him. His dad was concerned of what happened so that settled
Daryn down a little bit. Coach filled Daryn s dad in on the situation then sat back down in the
dugout. Fortunately, he was fine, it was just a black eye. But, he also had a chance of not being
able to play. The team needed everyone that day because the other team was pretty good. After a

Is it truly morally sound to bring outside food and drinks into a movie theater? Many people think
that sneaking snacks into the movies okay because the snacks sold at the movies are not as
favorable as snacks they could buy at stores because of the price and limitation of choices. Some
people see that not buying snacks could negatively affect the movie theaterwhile some believe that

There is nothing wrong with bringing your own food into the movie theater because their are
cheaper prices for food available at other establishments, some people have allergies which limits
them when it comes to the foods available at the movies, and some people choose to not eat the
movie theater food due to the incredible unhealthiness of the food. Saving money is very
important and spending money on movie theater food when you can get it cheaper somewhere
else is incredibly naive. Allergies are something that cannot be stopped and when people with
these allergies go to the movies they do not deserve to be limited to the foods they can eat there.
Some people may prefer to nosh on healthier foods during a movie so that they may continue to eat

This has however not been the case with the rest of the states in India. Therefore, to avoid market
fragmentation and distortions, a uniform and rational tax structure is required for the growth of the
film industry.
The funding of films either through non banking finance companies, venture funds, corporate funds
or through corporate finance, was a significant shift from the traditional film financing model. IDBI
was the first to start funding film production, that too, to big banners, big names and established
