Tom Batty conducted two experiments for a course project. In the first experiment, he practiced animating a character walking and jumping using layers in Photoshop. For the second experiment, he designed a game level with platforms and collectible objects, and added movement to lights and other small objects by layering them. For his final product, he plans to include a walking animation similar to the first experiment but with a new character design, and elements from the second experiment like moving objects to make the game more engaging.
This is the production experiments for unit 3. the production experiments is used to write about the experiments that have been created by me and analyze them to see if they are alright. I can use them as an example for my products so i can see if it will work out alright.

How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2. Process
• For my first experiment I went back to what I had previously worked on at the
start of the course. Which was the same style character walking around and
then jumping onto a small platform. I thought it would be good to go back and
practice on this so I could then make some improvements from the last time. I
used Photoshop and to design my experiments and the tools I mainly used for
this was the pencil tool. I set the pencil tool to the smallest size because I was
drawing in pixels. The other main tool I used was the eraser tool and with the
eraser tool I set that to the block mode because again I was working with the
pixels so that made it work better when removing work. I slowly began to
remember how I created my previous work and began to design my character. To
get the arms, legs and head to move I had to use the rectangular marquee tool
to highlight the body part and then cut the body part and finally re paste the cut
body part to make the image its own layer. By doing this it makes it possible for
the character to look like the character is walking/running. To do this on each
clip of the timeline I move the body parts in the way of him walking and just
keep repeating this process.
3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
• Of this experiment I was going to use a similar concepts of the walk
because I feel kike I have really got the hang of a good functioning
character. But I will change the style and design of the character because I
want to create something different and not just copy off my previous
work.

5. Process
• For my second experiment I decided to have a go on working on designing a
level. When designing the level I used all the same tools I used before. When
thinking of what my level would look like I had a clear idea of what I wanted it
to look like. I knew because of all the games I have previously played so I
began to design a level full of places to jump onto and obvious plat forms you
shouldn't jump onto. My concept in that level is a nice an easy one where you
have to to collect the colourful object to then proceed through the portal at
the end. Something I never thought of doing was having other moving object
in the level other then the main character. But I began to make the lights and
other small things move about to add a lot more to the basic designs of my
level. I did this by using the rectangular marquee tool, to again select, cut and
re paste the object to make an own layer. By doing this I can again make the
object look like its moving about by moving the object slightly in each time
line clip.
6. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
• I know for a fact that I will be including this experiment into my final
product because its such a simple thing to do but can elevate my final
product in so many ways and makes the game less boring to look at whilst
paying.
