This document summarizes a research paper that proposes using multi-input quasi-floating gate MOSFETs with analog inverters in circuit design. Quasi-floating gates provide a defined operating point while allowing lower voltage applications. Simulations show signals combining on the quasi-floating nodes and propagating through inverters. The design offers wider bandwidth and frequency response than multiple input floating gate techniques while using less chip area.
