BODY
 Sweat and dirt
deposits on our skin,
hair, nails and germs
grow causing many
diseases like itching,
pimples, diphtheria
etc.
 Take bath daily with a
good soap and warm
water.
EYES
 Whenever anything
falls in our eyes we
should not rub the
eyes but wash them
with fresh cool water
EARS
 Ears
should
be
cleaned
regularly
using soft ear buds or
cloth.
 Sharp objects should
not be used to clean
the ears.
NOSE
 Nose should be
cleaned daily while
taking bath.
 Nasal infections
should be treated
immediately.
 Use neat & clean
handkerchiefs for
your nose.
TONGUE
 Tongue should be
properly & carefully
cleaned using a
tongue cleaner.
 The tongue cleaner
should not be sharp or
rusty.
SKIN
 Take bath daily with a
good soap & warm
water.
 Any infections,
bruises, burns or
scalds on the skin
should be treated
immediately.
THROAT
 Throat should be
cleaned daily by
gargling water
while brushing
teeth.
 Throat infections
should be treated
immediately.
TEETH


We should brush our
teeth twice a day to keep
them clean of any food
deposits.
 If not cleaned, germs
grow and cause tooth
decay and foul smell
comes from the mouth.
 We should visit a dentist
atleast once in every 6
months.
NAILS
 Dirt deposits on our
nails and germs grow
under them.
 These enter our
stomach while eating
food and cause many
diseases.
 So cut & trim your
nails regularly with a
good nail cutter.
HAIR
 Dust and sweat make
our hair dirty.
 Shampoo your hair
regularly.
 Use a good comb or
brush for your hair.
 Apply oil and
maintain it properly.
FEET
 Use proper footwear to
protect your feet.
 Feet should be washed
properly while bathing.
 A good moisturising
cream should be
applied to them.
 Bruises should be taken
care of immediately.
