3. Research
• Strengths
• My results in my questionnaire were very easy to read from and to put into
words
• I looked at new and old navy magazines to make mine somewhat like theirs
• My results in questionnaire were very decisive as most of them were over 80%
in favour of their answer
• Weakness
• There were not as many questions than I was meant to have
• My audience in my questionnaire was quite small
• I could have done some interviews to make my magazine have some more
exclusive work
4. Planning
• Strengths
• most of the things I did in my planning were on my final piece of work
which made my work look good
• I took time on my work to make sure it looked good
• I made sure my examples and my work looked alike so that it looked
professional
• I looked at lots of different magazines to do in my initial plans including
music magazines
• Weakness
• I could have put more effort into my experimental work
• I could have done more experiments
5. Time Management
• I think I managed my time well as I have got it done on time and I actually
done it ahead of time so if I did have more time which I could have had I
would have done some more work on my experiments, I also had a time
frame for how much time I wanted to spend on each project and section
of the project which helped me a lot, the time I waited to get my results
was done well as I got the right amount of results to make my work better
6. Technical Qualities
Big titles
at the top
to signify
what the
magazine
is about
Both barcodes to indicate
the price of the magazine
I put a royal navy logo
in the corner like In the
real magazine
7. Aesthetic Qualities
It was creative as
there wasn’t anther
magazines cover that
looked like this and it
isn’t a bad thing
I like the way it is
formatted as there are to
columns of words and a
picture in between
I would improve
by putting more
writing on the left
hand side column
so it fills in more
of the space to
make it look more
professional
8. Audience Appeal
I appealed to young people by putting
a young person in the photo to
encourage them to join
I appealed to
my action
based audience
by showing
them a picture
of the warships
I may questionnaire
they voted to see
other peoples own
words about there
experiences so I put
it in
10. Feedback 1

more space for it
11. Feedback 2

young people in the photo makes me want to
join

the product? Use the space more well
13. Peer Feedback Summary
• What do you agree with from your peer
feedback? I could of used all the space better
by writing more in the spaces which would
make it look more professional
• What do you disagree with from your peer
feedback? making my photos smaller because
the photos are the heart of the magazine
14. Peer Feedback Summary
I could of used the space I had a lot better by
writing a lot more in the spaces that are free and
not by deleting photos to make space it would
benefit my work by doing this because it would
make it look more professional by using up all the
space
