10. Interview task feedback
When I conducted the interview it went well it wasn’t awkward and went very smooth we got everything
finished with no problems or interference. To improve on it I feel there could have been more interaction
throughout the interview to make it seem more natural and enjoyable.
I think things that went well were that I got a good clear answer for every question, it wet smoothly with
no interruptions and was overall a good experience and as the answers were detailed I had enough to work
with which made it easier to edit and get the main bits out.
On the other hand I feel there could have been more interaction to make the interview more enjoyable
and to make them have to think more about there answer, I also think if I had more questions so I could have
had more and better answers to work with to improve the overall quality of the interview and I also feel
because we were in an environment with lots of other people there was a lot of background noise and
disruption which made it more uncomfortable and harder to actually get on with the interview.
I learned from this interview that’s its good to read the person your interviewing and make them feel for
comfortable and less awkward so you then get a better answer, I also think that it would be better to ask more
questions when there answering to get a more detailed explanation so you have more to work with the
improve the quality of the interview. I also learned that its better to have no outside distractions as it can put
the interviewer off and also the person being interviewed.
Being interviewed can be intimidating and hard at first as you have to think of an answer on the spot
and it can be hard to say exactly what you want to due to it being an uncomfortable environment, but once
you settle down and get comfortable its an over
