Goodwin
Yes Ed Sheeran (Castle on the Hill) - good analysis of video showing good
understanding of conventions, key elements identified relating to narrative
and genre. Analysis needed to include more use of Goodwin, plus screen
grabs – please add. Images added but could have had more use of
Goodwin.
2. Ideas visualisation feedback and initial ideas Yes Good feedback from peers to gain ideas, with good analysis of feedback
3. Genre Research Yes Good detail on genre with some detail on key features and artists. Work
shows good research with some good detail on progression of genre.

4. Target Audience Yes Some good detail with evidence of primary research and some analysis, but
no secondary research. – Please add secondary research and other
interests TA may have. Include some evidence of primary research. Post
amended to show better understanding of target audience for genre.
5. Digipak and advert analysis (2 of each) Yes Some nice analysis of digipak with links to colour and use of font, however
more could be said on the actual images used…are they computer
generated? Does this link to band? Do logos become important to reach
audience? Post amended with some extra analysis of covers and adverts
showing better understanding.

7. Storyboards Yes Simple but effective storyboards with good technical detail – clear style and
presentation

Improvements have been made using initial feedback. Overall a very good piece of pre-production work, showing a clear
