Abstract- The primary objective of this project is to
reduce the manual endeavors of farmers in spreading
compost or bio - composts and give the most
advantageous and practical approach to spreading
excrement on ranch fields. Fertilizer spreading is the
fundamental activity in a development land for agrarian
creation. To productively supplant substance compost
with excrement, crop makers should be genuinely
guaranteed of a uniform and controlled pace of fertilizer
circulation.
Spreading fertilizer precisely enough that farmers can

preparation of the homestead land. Along these lines, to do

In our research work is to reduce the manual
efforts of farmers in spreading manure or bio - fertilizers
and provide the most convenient and cost-effective way
of spreading manure on farm fields The concept is that
used of tractor – trolley and manure spreading
mechanism is mounted on trolley. The spreading rotor
mounted on the trolley which takes a power from tractor
PTO shaft. The universal join and belt pulley are
transmitted power from tractor PTO to spreading rotor.
Instead of conveyor system we give inclination to the
side wall of trolley. So material can easily fall down by
the gravity. This is the common working principle of
manure spreader.

types of manure spreader which are as follow:

2.3 Mr. G.D Yadav1 , Dr. M.S Pawar et al.[3]
studied that organic manure plays important role to
yield productivity of soil. It is good quality source of
nitrogen phosphorus and excellent source of calcium and
potash. The evenly spreading of manure on farm field is
extremely important to achieve better effect. In India
traditionally manure has distributed with help of fork
and other mechanical device clamp which is very tedious
and slow process. The study of existing literature of
manure spreader shows there are mainly two types of
spreader viz. animal drawn spreader and tractor
operated spreader. Performance of available spreader on
different parameter has been studied which shows
tractor operated spreader gives better result. Study also
focus on their limitations of design and source of power
supply. There is scope of develop tractor operated
spreader attachment which will driven by rear wheel of
trailer. By dismantling the attachment we can use trailer
for transportation. [3]
3. OBJECTIVES-
As per issue definition done previously, our primary goal
is to plan and manufacture of excrement spreader
machine with the accompanying view spoints.
1. Fertilizer spreader ought to address consistency in
spreading of strong compost.
2. Serious level of control ought to be in the hand of farm
hauler administrator, particularly the sum to be fertilizer
spreaded.
3. The component utilized should be straightforward and
proficient.

4. CONCLUSION-
The main aim of this project is to cut back the manual
efforts of farmers in spreading manure or bio
fertilizers and supply the foremost convenient and cost-
effective way of spreading manure on farmfield
