• The first group is necessity. In this group you have
to communicate with many peoples like
suppliers, customers, bank, accountant, solicitor
(lawyer) etc.
• The suppliers supply raw materials, tools and
equipment used in production. Also you have to
deal with the transportation companies who
deliver your products to your customers.
• The third most important thing is your customers
who buy your products so you have to have a
good relationship with your customers also.

good relationships with your bank-manager.
• You will require a solicitor to draw up all the
documents required when setting up a business
and when problems arise with customers,
suppliers and the local residents.

• The most important skill is learning to read
people’s moods.
• You must be able to realize with whom you can
have a joke and with whom you can’t. You need
to know who only wants a ‘ yes or no ’ answer
and who prefers to discuss a problem.
• You need to know when to be friendly and when
to be aloof, when to offer a word of sympathy or
advice, and when to leave somebody alone to get
over a bad mood.
