Monwa Herman Rasego grew up in the most rural area in Bochum (Senwabarwana) Blouberg Municipality at Letswatla Village (Ziest) where he attended Primary school at Letswatla Primary and Mphela Secondary Passing Matric with excemption in 2003. After Passing Matric in 2004 He went to study Public Management at Tshwane university of Technology for three years 2004-2006 .After graduating, he was appointed as an intern in Limpopo Provincial Government (Office of the Premier) in Polokwane responsible for Public Service Delivery and Special Programmes until March 2008.
