 Currently designated as acting supervisor of Operation & Maintenance in Air separation Pant and
water treatment plants EMIRATES STEEL INDUSTRIES. Abu Dhabi, UAE.since December
2008 till to date.
 July-2010 selected for Emirate steel ind. phase II expansion project from entire group to follow up
and co-ordinate project activity as a project leader.
CAREER ACHIVEMENT
 August-2004 – just in six month, independently taken charge as a panel (DCS) operator in
oxygen plant at Essar Steel Ind.
 March-2006 – awarded as 5th
rating in the performance management system-2007. (5th
is the
highest rating in the PMS of Essar Steel, Surat)
 July – 2009 – Got promotion as a acting supervisor for utility group in oxygen plant and water
treatment plant at Emirates Steel Ind., Abu Dhabi.
 July-2010 selected for Emirate steel ind. phase II expansion project from entire group to follow up
and co-ordinate project activity as a project leader.
 December 2010 successfully commissioned Emirates steel ind. Phase II project.
 January - 2012 – awarded as EP rating in the performance management system-2011. (EP-
exceptional performance is the highest rating in the PMS of Emirates Steel Ind., Abu Dhabi)
 July - 2014 – awarded as EP rating in the performance management system-2013. (EP-

The company is Abu Dhabi GHC, producing 220 T/hr of DRI & 2.0 MTPA of steel bars, largest producer of
steel in UAE.
ESSAR STEEL LTD. HAZIRA is a totally integrated steel producer from iron ore to ready to market products.
It’s STEEL COMPLEX at Hazira operates the world’s largest gas based sponge iron plant (5.5 MTPA).The
STEEL PLANT has a capacity of 4.6 MTPA which is being expanded to 9.6 MTPA.
Areas of exposure:
Air separation unit, Precooling system, Safe operating & Maintenance of Expansion turbine, Air compressor,
Oxygen compressor, Nitrogen compressor, Argon compressor, Operation & control of distillation column,
crude argon column, pure argon column, chilling unit, Maintain & control of oxygen, argon & nitrogen purity
Hydrogen plant (ELOCTROLYSIS process), Argon purification unit. Safe shut down & start up of Air
separation plant.
Responsible for smooth operation of Open/close and contact/no contact circuit water treatment plants and
maintenance.
Project Experience:
Erection & Commissioning of Demag VK 50 internally geared centrifugal compressor, shell & tube heat
exchanger.Linde reciprocating compressor, cold box internal piping, erection of Precooling and Molesieve,
water treatment plants (clarifier, centrifugal pumps, cooling towers, filters, etc.).
MAJOR ROLE IN
 Successfully implementation & documentation of OHSAS 18001.
 Successfully implementation & documentation of 5s.
 Execution of QC project.
 Maintaining documentation as per ISO 9001 & 14001.
