1. Lead the stabilization team for cross country belt
conveyor 15Km from mines to plant.
2. Commissioned the pollution control equipment’s in
the mines and CCBC area to eliminate fugitive dust
emission.

Prism Cement Limited is one of the most modern dry Process cement
plant which is a flagship company of Raheja Group, having 1 Kiln of
2.5 mt / annum Capacity & another Kiln of 3 mt / annum capacity.
Project has been commissioned in the month of Jan’11 and running
well. Prism Cement has been accredited with IMS POLICY including
( ISO-9001, ISO-14001,OHSAS- 18001 & SA-8000 ) & BUREAU
VERITAS certified for Quality.
* Maintenance of Pyro Processing area & others
area of the Plant.
• Spare part management, Budget formulation, Energy
Conservation & House keeping.
• Erection & commissioning of Fly Ash & Truck Tippler
System along with Raw meal dust transport System,
which are running well. All this internal project had
been carried out with in – house team.
