producing HDPE (production capacity 2 lacs Ton per annum), LLDPE (Production capacity 2.1 lacs ton per annum approx.) ,Presently
a New LLDPE unit is under commissioning stage (production capacity 4 lac Ton per annum), LPG and Naphtha act as by-products of

Scope of work:

Scope of work:
· Worked as a process engineer in ammonia plant.
· Basic Engineering – study of Process Flow Diagrams, Material & Energy Balance of the ammonia plant and its different
section . Ammonia plant consist of 7 defferent section like Air Separation Unit ( a cryogenic process), Gasification section
( A high pressure ( 55 Kg/cm2g) and high temperature (1350 0C ) section.), Rectisol Section ( A low temperature and high
pressure physical absorption process), CO Shift Section , Nitrogen Wash Section( a Cryogenic process) and Synthesis
Section ( a High pressure (200Kg/cm2g) and High temperature( 500 0C) Section)

Academic Projects:
· Continuous Removal of organic dyes from water using Reverse micelles (Major Project):
This project involved the Removal of Cationic and anionic dyes from the effluent water comes out mainly from textiles industries
by using Reverse micelles which were formed by dissolving surfactants in organic solvent. The work involved the following steps:
Fabrication of experimental setup for continuous removal of dyes.
Measurement and analysis of different influencing agents’ effects on the process efficiency.
· Plant design for manufacturing of Methanol by Natural gas.
· Manufacturing processes of LDPE (low density polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low density
polyethylene).
· Development of Sugar Plant Mill flow sheet.
· Optimizing the Number of Evaporators in a sugar industry.
