Positive Displacement Pumps as Gear Pumps, Progressive Cavity Pumps, Reciprocating
Pumps (Plunger Type), Diaphragm Pumps And Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps.
» Overhauling of different types of Displacement Air Compressor as:-
Rotary Compressor as Rotary Screw air Compressor and Root Blower (Twin Lobe Type).
Reciprocating Compressor as Single Acting air Compressor (Piston Type).
» Repair and Maintenance of all Heat Ex-changers, Condensers, Evaporators and cooling towers.
» Coordinated the repair and improvement of all water and steam utilities and related system
including: Pumps, Gauges, Piping & Valves, Strainers, Foam Traps and Steam Traps.
» Perform maintenance including but not limited to mechanical power transmission and
lubrication.
» Revamping, modification in existing plant.
» Prepare Checklist of Equipment, daily monitoring report and maintaining the records with
inputs and outputs data of MEE Plant.
