of SHELF DRILLING RIGHIGHISLAND 5 and NDC RIGS.
Experienced in 9 jack up rigs construction, commissioning and operational activities ( DISCOVERY
1,VIRTUE 1 , SAGAR UDAY,BARAKA (NDC RIG),UIE1,,SHELF DRILLING HIGH ISLAND 5 ,STATEGIC
EXCELANCE ( Former Transocean GSF 134.) and commissioning experience of 2 semisubmersible
rigs(ALPHA STAR ANDFRIGSTAD OFFSHORE(NORWAY) at KEPPEL FELLS SINGAPORE.

commissioning engineer.We built semisubmersible rig“Scarabeo 9”.
 Completed Project for Queiroz Galvao OLEO E GAS(BRAZIL),SINGAPORE as a Mechanical
commissioning engineer.We build semisubmersible rig"alpha star".

1. Preparation of scope of work.
2. Schedules and coordinates inspection activities on site.
3. Advises and informs Site Manager on Quality issues, status and metrics.
4. Evaluate and monitor implementation of contractor's site quality management systems.
5. Monitor, investigate, identify and raise site quality issues to the Project Team
6. Guide and monitor commissioning team for equipment commissioning activity ( MARINE and
DRILING)
 Worked with DRY DOCKS WORLD - DUBAI as ASST.PROJECT MANAGER-RIGS. from (JAN 2013
to NOV. 2013) We did major repair work for HIGHISLAND 5 and NDS RIGS. Major jobs were-
1. HULL RENEWAL ( MAIN DECK ,SIDE SHELL ,BOTTOM PLATES ,TANKS INTERNALS,LEGWELL PLATFORMS,
ACCOMODATION ETC.) APPROX 700 tons

4. INSTALATION OF MARINE AND DRILLING EQUIPMENT.

2) COMPLETED PROJECT FOR FRIGSTAD OFFSHORE(NORWAY) from (April 2011 to aug. 2011) ,50 Gul
roads, Singapore. As a Lead Commissioning engineer . This is NORWAY based company and involved in
the construction of semi submersible drilling rig equipped with 8 thrusters in the keppel fels limited. The
Frigstad D90 is a proprietary semi-submersible drilling unit design which has been purposely developed
for ultra deepwater exploration & development. The general arrangement of the unit has been carefully
developed utilizing the extensive practical experience of the personnel at Frigstad Engineering and
Frigstad Offshore. All aspects of equipment functionality and placement have been carefully considered
to ensure that each process is safe and efficient. Here I have worked as a client representative and took
care for all the Mechanical in charge for installation and commissioning, and even of all the installation
and commissioning of Marine, drilling and subsea equipment.
3.) COMPLETED PROJECT FOR QUEIROZ GALVAO OLEO E GAS,(sep 10 to march 2011) 8th
floor, KOM
building, 50 Gul roads, Singapore,as Commissioning engineer . This is Brazil based company and involved
in the construction of semi submersible drilling rig equipped with 8 thrusters in the keppel fels limited,
Singapore. Here I have workedas a client representative for all the Mechanical in charge i.e for
installation and commissioning, and was taking care of all the installation and commissioning of Marine,
drilling and subsea equipment. This rig is been operated in Gulf of Mexico and under contract of Petro
bras. Overall I have worked as a client representative, and was in charge of entire Mechanical, Drilling
Installation, and commissioning and construction activities.

4. Preparation of the entire Test memo for the official commissioning.
Preparation to clear up the Mechanical completion.

Work Accomplished:-
 Handled the Pre maintenance and Shutdown maintenance of the Drilling System.
 Supervised Engineers for the maintenance of equipment such as:
• Caterpillar 4-strokes 1386kw engine, Model no. 3516 B.
• Caterpillar 4 strokes 786 kW engine, emergency generator.
• NOV Triplex Mud pump with High-pressure 5500 psi. Model no. 12-P-160, 1600 hp.
• All the Mud Pit Agitator with the mud in 8 tank and 2 slug and pre mix tanks.
• Mud Mixing System with Mixing Pump and Charging Pump.
• Potable Water System of entire rig with Mechtron Fresh Water Pump with Halliburton Water
Heater and Carbon Granular Water filter of 1283bbls, Sewage Treatment Plant of Ham Worthy,
Brine System.
• Mud Processing and Shale Shaker System of Brandt dual Tandem Scalper, Mud Mixing System and
Anchoring System.
• Rig inclination test in the open sea with the movement of cantilever skidding in step by step and
with empty tank at open sea.
• Jacking up of rig up to 450 ft and Cantilever skidding up to 70 feet out side.
• Helicopter Refuelling System, Workshop Equipment Systems, Endurance test for 8 hours, Water
Maker System
• NOV Draw work 1625 DE, 3000hp.
4.)JINDAL DRILLING AND INDUSTRIES LTD (from Oct 2006 to August 2009)
I was In charge of commissioning team, has worked as Project Engineer (commissioning) after that
Maintenance Engineer. Here, I worked for almost all the equipment, got a very good exposure for rig
construction technology and was the in charge of most important equipments like all the rig floor
equipment , mud pump, caterpillar main engine, cranes , cantilever skidding , all the mud system .
After this rig, now I am well exposure about the rig construction technology and have supervised
commissioning engineers. During the tenure I have attend FAT test, quality test, production, Technology
problem.
Task handled
• Schedules and coordinates inspection activities on site.
• Advises and informs Site Manager on Quality issues, status and metrics.
• Ensure establishment and proper implementation of adequate control processes within the site
Project Team (PT), as stipulated in the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan.
• Evaluate and monitor implementation of contractor's site quality management systems.
• Monitor, investigate, identify and raise site quality issues to the Project Team..
• Provide site Quality training as required for site inspection personnel.
