 Project : BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL- STEEL MELT SHOP, SAMBALPUR ODISHA
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
Bhushan Steel- Steel Melt Shop new expansion project at Sambalpur Orissa is under construction stage where SGS India is
the Principal Inspection agency & mostly following responsibilities I have to deal with:
 Inspection of Structural & Piping work Fabrication and Erection job as per schedule.
 Checking& Certification of Contractor Billingwith reference toprogress on regular basis.
 Co-ordination between Client, design department and site for anyMajor on-site modifications.
 Issuance of fabrication, erection & alignment report on daily basis for contractor billing.
 Preparation & Maintaining records of daily progress after consultation with Client PMC Dept.
 Working as a SENIOR ENGINEER PROJECT in M.N.DASTUR &COMPANY (Pvt.) Ltd. (Construction Division)

Tata Steel Hot Strip mill project at Kalinga nagar is under construction stage where Dastur co is the Principal Consultant &I
am assigned with following responsibilities:
 Planning, scheduling and Detail supervision of Interconnecting piping at both Floor & Cellar for systems like e.g,
Hydraulics(Servo & Auxiliary), Utilities, Mill Drives Gear Oil & Motor Oil Lubrication System, DM Water for Panel Cooling &
Indirect CoolingWater system for Main Motor Cooling, Grease Lubrication system&On-board/Machine piping for Finishing&
Roughing Mill 1 & 2.
 Billing, contractor management,project co-ordination on regular basis.
 Co-ordination between design department and site for anyMajor on-site modifications.
 Preparation/Maintainingoferection, alignment, Hydro-testing, PicklingFlushing and qualityrelated documents.

 Project : STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LTD COLD ROLLING MILL-III, Bokaro, Jharkhand
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
 Fabrication, Erection, Hydro testing, Pickling Flushing, Trial Run/Integrated Commissioning of Medium &High Pressure
Hydraulic, Gear Oil Lub Piping for systems with Valve stand & On-board piping for Tandem Cold Mill and Pickling Line.
 Erection, Hydro testing& Commissioning of process/utility piping e.g, Compressed Air, Instrument Air, Industrial
Cooling Water, DM Water, Portable Water, Waste Water, Make up water etc with Installation of Pipe Rack.
 Erection & Charging of Steam/IBR piping including its insulation job for entire PLTCM.
 Monthly Billing process for the entire project with certification of Subcontractor’s Invoices.
 Preparation, Submission& certification of Extra Claims.
ACHIEVEMENTS:-
 Successful Commissioning of HydraulicPower Packs, Valve Stands& High/Medium Pressure Piping for Pickling Line and
Tandem Mill including Mill House at pressure 130 bar & 330 bar.
SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:-
•First Coil production with Reduction in sheet thickness up to 0.7 mm on 31 st July’2013 & Obtaining PAC for Coupled
Pickling Line and Tandem Cold Mill at CRM-III, Bokaro Steel Plant, SAIL.
 Working as an ASSISTANT MANAGER in MCNALLY BHARAT ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED
(Infrastructure Division) from Nov’10 to Aug’11.
 Project :VEDANTA ALLUMINIUM LIMITED (IPP-600X4MW &CPP-135X9 MW),Jharsuguda,Odisha
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-
 Looking after Dry Fog and Plain Water Dust Suppression System for Integrated Coal Handling Plant at IPP and CPP area-
Truck Tippler & Wagon Tippler project with Installation of Pump House and Compressor Station.
 Ventilation & plant Fire Fighting system for Truck Tippler house, Conveyor Tunnel and MCC Room of IPP & CPP.
ACHIEVEMENTS:-
 Commissioning of DFDS, PWDSS, Fire Fighting and Ventilation system for Truck Tippler of IPP & CPP.
 Completion of Final Material Accounting Statement with certification of final billing.
 SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:-
•Obtaining PAC for Truck Tippler System for IPP & CPP from VEDANTA ALLUMINIUM LIMITED after Commissioning.

3.  Working as an ENGINEER GRADUATE TRAINEE& ASSISTANT MANAGER in NICCO CORPORATION LTD.
(Project Division) up to Nov’10.

Extra claim for Vapour Recovery Package & Contaminated Air Ventilation System of NPCIL,RAPP-5 &6 Unit.
 SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:-
• Obtaining PAC & FAC for VRS & CAVS System from NPCIL.
• Certification of Supply and Service Final Bill with substantial amount of extra claim settlement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-
 Completed Secondary Standard in the year-1999, from Tripura Board Of Secondary Education with an Aggregate of 71.75%.
 Completed Higher Secondary Standard in the year-2001, from Tripura Board Of Secondary Education with an Aggregate of
66.75%.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:-
♦ Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in MECHANICAL from NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, AGARTALA in the year-2006,
with an Aggregate of 76.05 %.
