related Permit/ Certificate.
 Participates in all maintenance and inspection activities. Prepares
equipment for required job and place back on line upon completion.

 Carry out minor running repairs where possible and details faults for
subsequent preparation of Defect cards. In cases of serious
malfunctions, ensures that safety procedures are followed

pumps turbo expanders and so on. Takes a variety of checklist and
readings such as RV checklist, open end checklist, Lock open –Lock

REDAS and enters in daily log book.
 Checks for any malfunctions, such as line ruptures, valve breaks and
blown gaskets, estimates degree of seriousness and takes action
accordingly. Includes isolating and shutting down individual plant.
 Maintains quality control checks. Takes samples for water and dew
point tests as applicable.
 Conduct proper shift handover and highlight the issues from the
handover to be discussed within the team. Ensure safe production
program to improve the working situation and condition
 Involved in procedures revision and review
 Involved precommisioning and commisioning activities such as leak
test, purging/blowing, IPF function test and etc
 Assist to coordinate, supervise, all cleaning up and isolation work of the
equipment or lines to ensure that all non standard and maintain work
should be executed in safety.
 Assist Shift Operation Supervisor of Production Department to
coordinate , supervise and perform the check or inspection on the field
equipment, abnormal observation or measurement require immediate ,
appropriate responses to maintain safe and efficient plant operation.

and Annual Shutdown Maintenance of all plant.
 Lead the catalyst replacement of oxidation reactors periodically in all
section of the plant.
 Assist Shift Operation Supervisor to maintain plant in smoothly
operation.
 Assist Shift Operation Supervisor to check plant condition record field
and DCS.
 Assist Shift Operation Supervisor to handle plant trouble condition.
 Assist Shift Operation Supervisor to start up and shutdown plant on
schedules and emergency case.
