2. Process
I started off by making my canvas an A4 size as
that is the size for most magazines then I got
an image for the main icon and colourised it
using a new layer using the layer options to
select darken then used the brush tool and
paint bucket tool to colour it in. after making
the main icon (main character) I made the title
from the original by changing the colour and
making a white outline using the layer style
tool. Next I got a background and created the
red parts of the background to make them I
used the select tool then used the paint
bucket to fill them in with red, to make the
texture on the back I used the the layer style
tool to add it I also used that tool to make the
black border around it. As you can see the title
echoes the border effect of the red banner
background.

3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I will include the same techniques as I used on the
title such as the border and the way I coloured it. I
will also use the same technique I used to colour
the main character. I more than likely will use a
similar layout to what I made here.
