the radio.

Radio advertisement is the main genre used as it is the right time and is able to advertise the
product in a short amount of time.
It fits with our target audience as it uses modern songs.

It would be suitable worldwide, but initially, English speaking countries would understand it more
like the UK and USA. There’s no religious connotations embedded in the product and folks
worldwide should enjoy it.

The product is about diet coca cola, a drink with no sugars or fats and sugars will be done through
radio, verbally advertising through the slogan and the vocals of the people within the advert. Also
by poster to visually promote the product so they can get the image and understand what it is
about. The main message would entail as ‘Enjoy the taste and stay clear of sugar with Diet Coca-
Cola’

Our target audience is aimed toward 16-19 but it’s appropriate for all ages. It isn’t aimed at a
specific kind of gender, but is mainly aimed at teenagers.

Yes because our theme of ‘summer’ and ‘friendship’ matches well with the intended audience of
teenagers since everyone loves summer.

Yes. We are using the current name of the product ‘Coca-Cola’ but we have come up with a
different slogan to use.

Yes. Our product will be different to the original. We did this by ensuring we didn’t use any imagery
or text that the company has already used.
