Think about any offensive material you will include? None included
Will you restrict younger audiences engaging with it? no but they will have to be around a radio
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No because I don’t represent anyone
individually
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will have content that cant be seen as offensive
Is your product using characters/names/logos of existing ones? Yes the Coca-Cola branding
however I have permission.
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing ones to not get sued for copyright
infringement and how have you achieved this? Yes because I will make the radio advert myself and
not directly copy existing products.
