2. The CBBC as launched in 2002. CBBC is the name given to the digital channel for
children aged 6–12, and also the brand used for CBBC programming and CBeebies
is the digital channel for children aged under 6, and also aired its own strand on
BBC One until 21 December 2012 and on BBC Two until 4 January 2013. In 2006, as
part of the BBCs Creative Futures strategic review, the CBBC brand was redefined
as being for children aged 6–12. A new brand for teenagers, BBC Switch, was
launched in 2007 and ended in 2010, though this did not have a dedicated channel
and was not part of the BBC Children's division.
The CBBC has influenced us as the target audience is the same as our target
audience and some of the TV shows also influenced us as it has some of the
cartoon that our target audience would enjoy watching.
Also the CBBC is linked to the CBeebies and some of the textual analysis that I did
was cartoon that are on CBeebies and this is a massive link, as most of the textual
analysis that I did gave me some of ideas for what I want to do for my tittle
sequence.
3. Phillip Schofield
Phillip Schofield used to present a CBBC programme called the
‘Broom Cupboard’ he was the first presenter to the ‘Broom
Cupboard’ he started in 1985 and then left in 1987.
The ‘Broom Cupboard’ would be a link programme between every
other programme.
Schofield left the show to pursue other opportunities.
Phillip Schofield had influenced us as he was the first ever presenter
to present the broom cupboard, and also because when he
presented the broom cupboard he was very friendly and this is the
main thing we want to show in our tittle sequence.
Schofield is a big influence to us as he was very young when he
started presenting and this helps us because we are also very young.

4. Mark Baker
Mark Baker is one of the writers for ‘Peppa Pig’.
Mark has influenced us because he created a cartoon that is
suitable for both genders and any race, and this is what we
want to show in our tittle sequence, we want to be able to
make it suitable for both genders and any race.
The fact that the show is called ‘Peppa Pig’ she should be the
main character, she isn’t its her and her brother an this shows
that Mark has considered both genders when making this
cartoon and this influences us because we don’t want to just
focus on one gender.
Mark is a great influence to people has he has one an Oscar
nominee which shows that he is creative for other things and
other projects.
