Is it unsuitable for any cultures or beliefs? No because it is promoting something that’s not harmful.

What is your product about? It’s about a drink that’s available worldwide that can be used by anyone.
What is the main message? It’s to get people together drinking a high quality beverage.

What product is yours similar to? It’s similar to most festival adverts.
Why have you used it for inspiration? It’s based on the start of summer where the main events start
happening and it’s to use the publicity of major festivals to Coca-Colas advantage.

Who is your audience? 16-21 Year Olds, Both Genders
Why would your product appeal to this person? It would appeal to 16-21 year olds because it’s the
prime age that people start going to festivals, and this advert could make them want to go to even more
events.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? No because it would be checked against asa
guidelines.
Will you restrict younger audiences engaging with it? Not necessarily because it should appeal to the
majority of this specific age group.
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No because it is aimed at all people of all races
and genders and religions.
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? It will be checked multiple times.
Is your product using characters/names/logos of existing ones? Yes it is all about Coca-Cola
Will your product be sufficiently different from existing ones to not get sued for copyright infringement
and how have you achieved this? Check multiple adverts from similar companies so that there no way
they can sue for copyright.
