• Comply with harassment policy & Spark* Code of Ethics. 
• 1-2 years of experience in retail. 
• Must be able to stand for extended periods o time, climb ladders, lift 30-50 lbs of merchandise. 
• Must be able to communicate written and verbally with customers and employees if needed. 
• Thorough background check.
