I am responsable for the running of our concession within ten Topshop stores, I also manage our stock that
is on the Topshop website.
My current list of duties include:
-Oversee the day to day running of ten fashion concessions
-Develop, manage and implement promotions to maximise sales opportunities.
-KPI's
-Motivate all team members to exceed sales, performance targets and increase profits.
-Maintain high standards of store merchandising.
-Manage, train, inspire and motivate team to ensure consistent high standards in product knowledge.
-Regularly analyse store / department performance and identify action plans in order to develop commercial
success.
-Manage and maintain stock issues

My job role consisted of the following:
-Answering directly to area manager
-Responsible for daily running of the concession within store
-Daily/weekly/monthly administration

-Visual Merchandising

My role in store consisted of the following:
-Answering directly to area manager
-Responsible for daily running of the concession within store

-Concession department rotas and daily planner
-Assisting on the tills
-Staff training
-Assisting on the fitting rooms
-Visual Merchandising
-Deliveries/stockroom
Store Manager
Animal - May 2012 to July 2013
My responsibilities in the shop were-
• The day to day running of the store
• I ensured all agreed commercial KPI's were met. These covered: Sales, stock control, staff cost, mystery
shopper results and P&L costs etc.
• l worked to ensure my team consistently delivered excellent standards of customer service with a can-do
attitude. Also ensuring that they remained professional when dealing with customer complaints and/or queries
and are aware of their responsibilities as Brand Ambassadors.
• I followed all VM guidelines to ensure that my store is laid out to maximize customer flow and sales potential.
• I trained and developed all staff members to become experts in all product categories concerning features
& benefits, fit & sizes, ranges & styles and prices.
• Actively coached and developed all staff through regular performance reviews and training.
• Recruited and inducted all new staff members in accordance with the company guidelines and ensured they
reflected the standards and criteria expected.
• I Worked with the General Manager to guarantee that all key events or periods are well organized and planned
for (eg: Seasonal sales, Christmas, Easter, promotions etc)
• I ensured that all aspects of the store's operations are carried out according to the company's guidelines and
manuals using the tools available. These included: Health & Safety, administration, maintenance, security,
banking, stocktaking and housekeeping etc.
When I acquired the above role I was ensured with the responsibility of launching a brand new store. As well
as challenging I also found this exciting, over the past twelve months I experienced the store grow and reach
its full potential.
Senior Retail Assistant/Admin Data Entry
Republic Retail Ltd - October 2010 to April 2012
My main tasks in the shop were-
• Serving customers on the shop floor, fitting rooms and till • Assisting managers with merchandising as well
doing this individually
• Creating displays in the window and shop
• Dressing mannequins
• Training of new staff on till shop floor and fitting rooms
• Keeping on top of store security at busier times of the week
• Dealing with customer enquiries and customer telephone calls,
• Sales preparation and maintaining sale
• Greeting customers as well as giving excellent customer service
• Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Policies regarding payment and exchanges plus security practices
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and what other stores are offering.
• Watching for and recognizing security risks and thefts
• Keeping store targets and KPIs
• Cashing up tills and counting floats in the evening. Adding money made to Excel and keeping track of returns
and exchanges.
As well as all these points I was also trusted to carry out refunds and help with the running of the shop floor.

My duties were, till work, cellar work and promotional work. Serving drinks at the bar, Serving food to customers,
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer service, Preparing cocktails and shot trays, Cleaning
up before, throughout and after shift, Replenishing bar fridges and other stock.
