• Reports to the National Retail Manager and Store Manager, delivering daily support and assistance to ensure
the highly effective management of the store which specialises in high quality outdoor clothing, footwear and
accessories, this involves using wealth of leadership strengths when deputising for the manager
• Ensuring the merchandising standards are maintained to a high standard at all time whilst working in line with
stringent merchandising objectives and requirements
• Plays a pivotal role in enhancing knowledge and skills amongst employees through highly effective training,
coaching and mentoring, dealing with any issues through to resolution
• Works closely with the Store Manager to ensure that theft on an external and internal basis is significantly
reduced

Managing all aspects of daily operations and responsible for ensuring the store achieves all targets and
budgets. In 2014 achieved above the company average in all key performance indicators; 8% above for
mystery shoppers, 3.2% above for shoe care and 6% above for handbags
● Providing strategic vision for the store including; ideas development; forward planning; research, analysis and
