 Ensure the effective communication of sales plans and targets,managing performance,
developing and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance and
the achievement, or exceeding, of sales targets.
 Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on
work results.
 Report any operational issue or problem as they arise and suggest solutions to ensure continuous
customer service.
 Implement strategies to promote awareness of stock control and to maintain inventories in order
to ensure effective stock management.
 Conduct Induction Trainings for staff, evaluate & report their performance to higher management
for recruitment decisions and appraising job results.
 Analyze sales figures and forecast targeted sales volumes to maximize profits
 Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and
