Planning & budgeting: To prepare jointly with marketing Logistic budget for the region.
 Monitoring of actual TLC against budget.

 Benchmarking of handling rates and secondary freights to optimize secondary
distribution cost on a regular basis.

 Looking after the entire Supply Chain & Logistic of the organization.

 Making all the arrangements for launching the new products portfolio.
 Recruiting the selling personnel & managing all the issues related to staff, taking care
of all the on the job training activities of the new as well as current employees of the
company.
 Making all the sales budgets and targets.
 Analyzing Monday reports and setting the agenda/ objectives with the CEO of the
Company.
 Making all the MIS related to the sales targets and Inventory/ Supply Chain.
 Taking care & analyzing all the Promotional Activities for the revenue generation.
 Launching all the new offers/ promotions related services with respect to the
customers.
 Monitoring and analyzing the loss in transit and Undertaking measures to control
the same.
 Presentation of MIS Reports.
 Managing of logistic functions & negotiating with Shippers/ Transporters &
Overseas Suppliers for cost effective transport solutions & clearances.
 Responsible for inventory accuracy at non automated warehouses
Inventory Management
• Maintaining stocks without any variance by conducting regular stock verifications
across the warehouses.
• Time to time analysis of stocks for ageing.
• ABC analysis of SKU's for proper definition and storage of goods.
• Implementing inventory control measures to reduce obsolete stock, keep tab on slow-
moving items and achieve reduction in inventory management cost.
Material Management
 Designing internal controls for various operational areas and verification of
operational efficiency levels & recommending cost control measures.
 Analysing various processes / applications and taking adequate measures to enhance
operational efficiency.
 Accountable for meeting replenishments/requisitions by designing, processes and
implementing and monitoring effective picking and distribution schedules.
 Process designing for perpetual cycle counts in warehouses.
 Ensuring quality packaging to prevent goods from getting damaged in transit.
Logistics
• Supervising logistic functions, negotiating with transporters for effective transport
