outputs from the EHR system. Assist the Chief Administrative Officer in developing,
maintaining, and updating administrative work processes related to the inputs into and
outputs from the EHR system. Review all EHR software updates, identify and solve
problems related to software updates, and ensure the integrity of the practices EHR
software customization and modifications during updates. Maintain an up-to-date
knowledge of all regulatory requirements related to EHR. Coordinate the practice’s
application for meaningful use and ensure that the practice meets the requirements for
meaningful use. Schedule EHR committee meetings prepare and distribute agendas and

appropriate remedial action. Investigations include interviewing employees (or vendors),
collecting and maintaining documentation and providing recommendations for
disciplinary and corrective action, as appropriate. Investigations also include providing
ongoing updates to the Company’s business partners, clients, and upper management, as
well as administrative tasks associated with investigations. Effectively communicating
privacy laws, rules and regulations to the organization in a fashion that is understandable
and relevant. Assisting the privacy and security committee with privacy policy and
