EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
I contributed to the organisational goals by managing the delivery of training through the effective leadership,
planning, organising, controlling and support of all delivery team resources in order to achieve the strategic
intent of the Aurum Institute Training Department and other Business stakeholders to unleash human
potential. I was also part of the team that oversees the Skills Development process of the Ekurhuleni
Department of Health by sitting on the Ekurhuleni Training committee to streamline the efficiencies on

My years of experience together with my qualifications have enabled me to manage the training needs of the
Ekurhuleni Department of Health as well as the mentorship of professional nurses for the initiation of patients
on ARVs by using best practice from experience and various learning environments that I have been privy to.

Used district DHIS data to look at where the gaps were for the district and brainstormed innovative
