• I continue on to the my main focus of the report-“Jaslok hospital
Recruitment , Training process & Joining formalities” describing the
different steps of it.
• This project helps to understand the procedure of new joining
candidate, recruitment selection and training
• How to coordinate events at hospital from busy schedule
• How to maintain personal data
• Recruitment sources and consultant firm difference
• Employee relationship and industrial relationship in hospital culture
3. Phases of Execution
• Most important work is handed whole training data arrange according
to staff as per new format - paper to software
• Create new JHRC Joining & Induction book of HR department
• Survey on recruitment process
• Coordinate interview
• Calling candidate for interview, joining process
• Coordinate new candidate joining process
• Updating the files of existing employees(2035) with new checklist
• creates new employees files

4. Recommendations to the Company
1. If any doctor wants to apply for vacant position allow them for job posting.
2. Advertisement on social network (Facebook/LinkedIn) - people are more friendly with internet
always available , and it will definitely work.
3. Video interviews- some doctors are stay so far, calling them from interview and rejecting
candidate if they are not qualify, video interview definitely save time.
4. Word of mouth - Make internal employee Happy they will recommend friends.
5. College placement- Tie up with Medical colleges for quality candidate.
6. Rejection mail.
7. Waiting room for candidate.
8. Before calling any doctor there JD & JS must be clear with candidate.
9. Reference amount – rather then providing money to 3rdparty(consultant) provide reference
amount to internal candidate.
10. Jaslok is a brand but keep updating on going events , facility people attract them self towards
hospital opening.
11. Code generation process of newly join employee should be automatic computer base.
12. Go green- Reduces paper work and maintain software database.

5. Conclusion and Learnings
• Usually it is considered that the hospital has two main functions of
selecting best doctors and nurses and patient care. But due to
globalization& friendly environment other staff is equally important.
They have improved their working tremendously.
• Taking experience in Hospital sector is quite interesting and they have
more actives for each department. Learning and implementation,
taking on the spot decision, specific target orientate work.
• Internship made it highly apparent for to understand the importance
and significance of the Hospital sector.
