 Serve as the primary interface between HCMD and the departments
 Partner with various Business Units (BU’s) to assess short and long-term HR needs and provide strategic,
operational/generalist HR support to ensure that business objectives are met.
 Provide effective support in identifying recruitment needs, strategic competencies and forecast the critical skills
requirement (liaise with HR Strategy Unit)
 Partner with Strategic Recruitment Unit to successfully implement recruitment plans to hire/fill vacant positions in area of
coverage
 Review training plan/curriculum with user department and Identify training needs using combination of indicators to
enable the Banks Learning and Development arm plan and organize for such trainings
 Assist in the on-boarding and confirmation process of new hires and ensure they meet specific documentation
requirements and target performance level prior to confirmation of employment
 Embark on periodic visits to business development offices/branches for on the spot assessment of business situations and
