team re-design, streamlined network primary source verification and credentialing process.
Short Term Solution Focused Online Consultation Project (STSF-OC):
Designed online consultation product/service for Department of Defense contract with approximately eight
million covered lives.
o Created online chat application to meet specific contractual obligation to provide EAP services for
members outside of the continental U.S.
o Developed a team of licensed, master’s level clinicians to provide mental health consultation in a
virtual online chat environment.
o Created a process control plan (data dashboard) to gauge the health of the STSF process.
Outcome:
o Product went from concept to roll-out in a period of three months.
o Despite soft roll-out utilization surpassed existing telephonic consultation service by 400% in the
first two months.
