2. COMMUNICATION
The term “COMMUNICATION” has been derived from the LATIN
word “COMMUNIS” meaning establishing ‘COMMONNESS’.
It is a process of exchange of facts, ideas, opinions, and as a means that
individual or organization share meaning and understanding with one
another.
The main purpose of communication is to influence the behaviour of
people exposed to the communication.

3. Definition:-
“Communication is the process by which two or more people
exchange ideas, facts, feelings or impressions in ways that each
gains a common understanding of the meaning, intent and use of
messages”.

“Communication is the sum total of all the things that a person does,
when he wants to create an understanding in the mind of another. It
involves a systematic and continuous process of telling, listening and
understanding”.
