  1. How many of you are small business owners? I’m here to talk about the critical factors can make or break a small business. Your choice of business tools is critical because a powerful web site can be a marketing and sales engine for your business.
  2. On the internet you need to present an IDENTITY that draws customers to you. These customers will be ready to purchase from you if you implement the following principles that I will discuss in this presentation.
  3. On the internet you need to create an IDENTITY that draws customers to you and IMPELS them to act. Customers will be ready to purchase from you if you implement some proven marketing principles.
  4. Do you wish to launch a new business? Get more customers? Grow your operations?
  5. Can you describe what you are selling? Products? Services? -- What about OFFERS?
  6. Who understands what an offer is? Make an offer. Get a response -> silence, objection, acceptance
  7. If you want to succeed in business, convince people to take ACTION.
