Heart: normal S1 S2 no murmur
Lungs: normal breath sound no adventitious sound
Abdomen: soft not tender

Extremities: right side antalgic gait,
no Trenderlenburg gait
Back: loss of lumbar lordosis
no mark pain on percussion, no trigger point
Limitation of flexion at 50 degree
SLR test positive at 50 degree, Laseque’s test positive
