• GA : A Thai man, alert, not pale, no jaundice
• HEENT : no pale conjunctiva, anicteric sclera
• LN : no palpable lymphnode
• Heart : normal S1 S2. no murmur
• Lungs : clear both lungs
• Abdomen : soft, not tender

mass, no kyphosis/scoliosis.

• Infectious spondylodiscitis at L3-4 with
minimal pervertebral enhancing soft tissue
and small abscess.
• Possible congenital mild lumbar spinal canal
stenosis along L2-5 level

– จุดกดเจ็บ บริเวณปุ่มกระดูก, เอ็นกล้ามเนื้อต่างๆ
– การเคลื่อนไหวของ กระดูกสันหลังอาจให้ก้มเงย, หมุนหลัง

– Straight leg raising test, Schober test, sign of four, etc.

– Motor power, Sensory, deep tendon reflex
