The main objective of our project is to provide an optimum solution to the traffic hazards and the road accidents. According to this project when a vehicle meets with an accident, immediately vibration sensor will detect the signal and sends it to ARM controller. Microcontroller sends the alert message through the GSM MODEM including the location to police control room or a rescue team. So the police can immediately trace the location through the GPS MODEM after receiving the information.

This project should be fitted / installed inside the vehicle. If any Accident occurs then engine goes off and Alarm goes on. If there is no alcohol / no accident, then the Engine remains on and Alarm remains off. Even, if the Alcohol is detected, the engine goes off Alarm starts beeping.

Abstract: In highly populated Countries like India, during accidents, people lose their lives due to unavailability of proper medical facilities at the right time. This project senses any accident in the vehicle and intimates pre-programmed numbers like the owner of the vehicle, ambulance, police etc. Whenever any accident takes place, the vehicle will experience a huge amount of impulse, this impulse is then been measured with the help of the force sensor which is connected to the vehicle. The impulse that is measured is then converted to electrical voltage unit which helps the microcontroller as it is interfaced with GSM. This change in digital signal will activate the GSM module installed in the vehicle and it will automatically send the saved SMS to the required numbers so that the proper medical aid can be provided to the person.
In this paper, describes about how to control home appliances, auto door sliding motor, fan and lighting using GSM technology by using android application through android mobile phone. Performing of these tasks with a single android device makes every faster because the android makes SMS communication. This paper serve as a basic structure of the communication control system. The programming is done door operating system, hedge light bulbs and fan and light bulbs inside the home. In today’s time, there are many technologies which can be used to detect the small shakes and knocks, so that we can take precautions prior to some major vibrations in earth. Earthquake detector is a device that detects earthquake shakes Here we are using Accelerometer ADXL335 sensor to detect the pre-earthquake vibrations. Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
