Armenia Research Paper
Armenia, located in the West Asia on the Armenian Highlands , is where I came from. It was really
strange for me to hear that some people didn t even know that there was a country named Armenia.
People who came from there like to invent, build, and expand things. Even tough its only 25 years that
Armenia gained independence from Soviet union, we were the first country in the world to accept
Christianity as a state religion in way back 301. There has been sporadic emigration from Armenia to
the U.S. since the late 19th century, the biggest influx coming after the Armenian Genocide oh the
early 20th century. Because of the Genocide Armenians have been spread all over the world, but that
hasn t changed anything about Armenians mentality. Two of Armenians whose families were moved to
different countries have their unique place in this world. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Driverless Car Industry
Colleges should work with the automotive industry in order to gather research about the necessary
skills needed in order to train a more reliable workforce for the industry. The industry should work
with the colleges and get the industry to teach more skills to students so they will be ready for the
workforce. The industry has new technologie like driverless cars. There have been a lot of new
advances in the automotive industry. One of these is the invention of driverless cars. Another new
advancement is the addition of pre collision assists.
Although the blueprint for the modern automobile was perfected in Germany and France in the late
1800s, Americans dominated the industry in the first half of the twentieth century. Henry Ford starting

then with customised Lexus SUVs, which took the car s existing sensors, such as the cruise control
cameras, and added a spinning laser scanner on the top. It ferries two people from one place to another
without any user interaction. The car is summoned by a smartphone for pick up at the user s location
with the destination set. There is no steering wheel or manual control, simply a start button and a big
red emergency stop button. In front of the passengers there is a small screen showing the weather, the
current speed and a small countdown animation to launch. Once the journey is done, the small screen
displays a message to remind you to take your personal belongings reinforcing that this is not aiming
to be a substitute for your personal car at the moment, but more as a replacement for the taxi without

severity of or even eliminate some frontal collisions involving vehicles and pedestrians. Pre Collision
Assist with Pedestrian Detection uses radar and camera technology to scan the roadway ahead and, if a
collision risk with a vehicle or pedestrian is detected, provides a warning to the driver. If the driver
does not respond in time, the system can automatically apply up to full braking force to help reduce
the severity of or even eliminate some frontal collisions. Pre Collision Assist may help drivers avoid
rear end collisions with other vehicles at all speeds, while Pedestrian Detection can help the driver

Myths Surrounding Joseph Stalin
Myths, surrounding Stalin have played a major role in the construction of Stalin s reputation, in both a
positive and negative way. This essay will look at Plate 1.5.8 in the illustration book, and discuss how
the myth of Stalin presented in this image differs from earlier and later mythic presentations of him.
Joseph Stalin used his intellect, and power, to outmanoeuvre his rivals to become leader of the Soviet
Union. Using carefully planned propaganda including, painting, statues, and a series of cultivated
posters Stalin immortalised and glorified his leadership. These state manufactured images created a
cult of personality around him, subsequently, creating an image of a heroic worshipped figure, who
was associated with every aspect of soviet society. Stalin controlled the media and according to the
historian Moshe Lewin, Stalin single handily, become the system, (Lewin in Pittaway, 2008, p.137.)
The image of Stalin depicted in the poster 1.5.8 () , portrays Stalin as God like, we see a figure, being
looked upon by dancing children who are dressed in uniforms, looking up to Stalin as a strong father
like defender of the nation. (Pittaway, 2008p.142.) This father title gave the impression that Stalin is
trustworthy and caring. In addition, children presented a myth and used as propaganda to represent
goodness, innocence, and the future. Stalin s ideology was that if the children liked him, then he must
be a good leader. Furthermore, the inscription shows

Speech On Pain And Indignation
In many ways, there has never been a better time to be alive. Violence plagues some corners of the
world, and too many still live under the grip of tyrannical regimes. And although all the world s major
faiths teach love, compassion and tolerance, unthinkable violence is being perpetrated in the name of
religion.
And yet, fewer among us are poor, fewer are hungry, fewer children are dying, and more men and
women can read than ever before. In many countries, recognition of women s and minority rights is
now the norm. There is still much work to do, of course, but there is hope and there is progress.
How strange, then, to see such anger and great discontent in some of the world s richest nations. In the
United States, Britain and across the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The problem is not a lack of material riches. It is the growing number of people who feel they are no
longer useful, no longer needed, no longer one with their societies.
In America today, compared with 50 years ago, three times as many working age men are completely
outside the work force. This pattern is occurring throughout the developed world and the
consequences are not merely economic. Feeling superfluous is a blow to the human spirit. It leads to
social isolation and emotional pain, and creates the conditions for negative emotions to take root.
What can we do to help? The first answer is not systematic. It is personal. Everyone has something
valuable to share. We should start each day by consciously asking ourselves, What can I do today to
appreciate the gifts that others offer me? We need to make sure that global brotherhood and oneness
with others are not just abstract ideas that we profess, but personal commitments that we mindfully put
into practice.
Each of us has the responsibility to make this a habit. But those in positions of responsibility have a
special opportunity to expand inclusion and build societies that truly need

Lucky Luciano Research Paper
Lucky Luciano In the late 1800s and early 1900s, immigration to the United States was rapid. Many of
these immigrants faced discrimination and unfair hiring practices. Due to the shortage of jobs and
earning barely enough to survive, these immigrants started gangs to carry out lucrative business. This
was the birth of the mob in America. The mob started out as loosely held together gangs and
sometimes an overboss was in charge. It later evolved into organized crime as we know today. New
immigrants joined the already existing gangs and one of those immigrants was Salvatore Lucania,
later known as Lucky Luciano. Luciano turned the mob into a business that made millions off of
America. Salvatore Lucania was born in 1897 in the Sicily. He grew ... Show more content on

Theme Of Imagination In Finding Neverland
Childhood is defined as the state of being a child or the period during which a person is a child.
Imagination is defined as being the faculty or action of forming new ideas, or images or concepts of
external objects not present to the senses. In the film Finding Neverland, the influence of imagination
and the conclusion of childhood are themes that affect the characters of the movie. The theme of
imagination reaches out to each character that uses it in different ways to help themselves deal with
situations or cope. The end of childhood affects a few characters, particularly the children, which each
have a moment where they, or other characters, realize that their childhood is coming to an end and
they are starting to grow up. The film Finding Neverland is mainly centered on the power of
imagination and how each character uses imagination as their own tool. In the film, James connects
with the Davies boys by playing pretend and using their imagination such as when they played pirates
or Indians. Peter, George, Michael, and Jack, the Davies boys, all use their imagination to cope with
the recent death of their father. They escape to their own imaginations in order to ignore the pain that
came with the loss of their father. This is evident when the boys are playing the Wild West with James.
In the game, James is an Indian who has been wounded and tells Peter I take you as my own son. Peter
then tells James you are not my father and runs off clearly angered and upset. Sylvia then reveals to
James that Peter has not been the same since his father died and she does not believe he has even cried
about it. I believe that once James meets the family and learns of this loss, he sees how the boys to do
this and then continues to encourage their creativity to lessen the pain. James uses his imagination to
avoid growing up and facing the world for what it really is. He escapes to his imagination to live out
his own reality he calls Neverland, a place where no one grows up and good always triumphs over
evil. He shares his reality of Neverland with the boys and allows them to imagine their versions. The
ending of childhood applies particularly to the boys when they each have a moment where they, or
another character,

The Socio Economic Status Affects Education
Proving students in our Nation with a better education can help save our children from the clutches of
poverty, crime, drugs, and hopelessness, and we help safeguard our Nation s prosperity for generations
yet unborn. Elijah Cummings. He makes a very extremely good point. Kids who receive a better
education rarely ever become poor, fall into crime or drugs. They learn exactly what they need to do to
become successful. Which is the main reason why when you look at kids who are poor they aren t
getting the smarted and neither are their parents. The socio economic status does impact education in
many ways if not in all ways. A lot of people would say that it has nothing to do with money and it all
depends on the person, but have you ever realized that people who live in Beverly Hills have a way
better education than someone in Philadelphia. What makes them so different? One thing and that s
money. Those parents are able to pay for their kids to have the best education out there. While some
families in Philadelphia can barely afford to feed their kids. Of course though that s not the only factor
when it comes to a kid who receives the better education. It also depends on how much the school
makes in terms of money and the teachers, because even if you re not poor or if you live in a bad area
then your kid could be receiving a bad education.
Isaiah Lamb was once one of the many students in public education who standard of living was very

Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of mortality and morbidity and is accounted for
almost 1 out of 5 deaths in the world. Atherosclerosis is a chronic heart disease that causes most of the
vascular deaths. The fat deposition in arterial walls progressively develop into atheroma leading to
restriction in blood circulation thus increasing risk of local thrombosis. Local thrombosis often forms

Social Media And Substance Abuse
Social media is used widely by many across the nation, it is very prevalent in the lives of today s
college student and young adults to connect with friends attending different institutions or even
friends sitting just across the room. In a generation where technology is so heavily relied on and even
addicting to some, we have seen an increase of addictive behaviors. Does the overuse of technology
contribute to the rising alcohol and drug addictions as well as mental health issues? In this paper I will
discuss addiction and it s prevalence in the U.S. I will also discuss the use of social media in both
teens and adults and the effects it has on the use of alcohol and drugs.

The frontal lobe of the brain helps individuals determine consequences from current actions, and it
also helps determine what is good or bad behavior. The development of the brain is lengthy and
reaches well into adulthood. This lengthy development explains the adolescents urges to seek out new
potentially dangerous situations and act impulsively.
Children have beliefs about alcohol, those beliefs are usually established by school age. School age
children generally believe alcohol is bad and understand the adverse effects of alcohol however
adolescents beliefs shift to a more positive view and adolescents who drink will express the positive
euphoric effects of alcohol.
Environmental factors also play a very large role in likeliness that adolescents will use alcohol.
Adolescents with parents and peers that use alcohol are more likely to view the use as acceptable.

and quality of meat. Naturally the most effective way to improve the quality of heard is to focus on
genetics. The ways of improving genetics include selecting what bull to put with the heard, artificial

these process to prove that IVF is a practical method of improving genetics and a sound investment.
The conclusion shows that IFV is a practical method and a sound investment. However, traditional

Growing project complexity demands more efficient way to manage communication and workflows.
Collaboration became central to the PM and having a software that allows project artifacts to be

management that has been given as much attention in the recent years is in growing popularity for the
next decades. Slightly updated, agile project management would take a hybrid form. Therefore,
project team is willing to combine agile with a traditional principles of PM to create personalized
hybrids. As before, the central point of Project Management Offices (PMO) attention remains the
question of measurements the effectiveness and result of the project. Previously, the main focus was
on input factors (reduced time and cost), today the attention is given to the output factor recipient or

The Cold War was a period from 1947 to 1991 that adhered erratic tension and constant threat of

Native American Settlers Essay
Before the European settlers came to the Eastern seaboard, the Native Americans lived among
themselves and fought each other for dominion. When the Europeans landed and began building
houses; state and resources became scarce for the Indians causing a breach between the two groups.
The Europeans Puritans, Spaniards, French had an altogether different perspective on living life than
the Indians got along. Furthermore, the way the Indians were treated by the European settlers was
wrong and inhumane. The Europeans wanted control and soil and cared little for the natives taking
what is rightly theirs from them. When the Europeans first landed and had a first hand look at the
natives already living here, they saw them to be not modern people ... Show more content on

French wanted to create trading post going along the Mississippi River, because it goes all the way

restoring the world they knew before the French colonized their land (Taylor, 390). The Indians lose
the war and other tribes realize that if they don t fight they will lose all their land. This war ends up
with the French and the tribe in agreement about trade. Additionally, in the end the French want to be
dependent from their home land because they realize how important the Indian trade is and both
groups realize how much they need each other to survive. The European colonist and Native American
relationship are complicated, problematic and difficult for both groups. The Natives they have to

The Plate Tectonics Of New Zealand
Study of the plate tectonics of New Zealand has been undertaken since the early 1800s, however the
most notable discovery regarding the plate tectonic setting was made in the 1940s by Harold Wellman,
who discovered the Alpine Fault. Since then, our knowledge of the plate tectonic setting of New
Zealand has been vastly expanded, leading to our present day understanding of the topic. A large part
of our present day knowledge of the plate tectonic setting has been gained through the study of active
faulting the visible and measurable signs of fault line activity and their ruptures. Our current
understanding is that the country sits on the boundary of the Australian and the Pacific plate. The
nature of this boundary changes depending on the area of the country studied, from strike slip to
convergent. Evidence from active faulting can be used to prove the nature of this boundary on land by
studying both the North and South Island Fault Systems. South Island Fault System The Alpine Fault
is a clear starting point for analysis of the plate tectonic setting of NZ. It is the most visually obvious
sign of tectonic activity in NZ as it is responsible for the creation of the Southern Alps, a 500
kilometre long chain of mountains which stretch from the Nelson Lakes to Milford. These mountains
sit to the eastern side of the fault as they are created by the Australian plate acting as a rigid indentor,
buckling the weaker crust of the Pacific plate (Sutherland et al., 2000, 2009 as cited

For instance, if someone s income grows, then his demand for goods will increase, shifting his
demand curve to the right. This will lead to a higher quantity being consumed at a higher price, ceteris
paribus. Conversely, there can be a negative effect that shifts the supply curve to the left where a lower
quantity is consumed at a lower price, ceteris paribus. This can occur when the price of substitutes
falls or consumers begin to lose their taste for the product. When there is a change of one of the
factors of supply like changes in the prices of production inputs like labour or capital; a change in
production technology and its associated productivity change; or the amount of competition in a
specific product market there is a corresponding change in the supply curve. For example, if worker
productivity improves due to some human capital or technology investment, then the costs of
production decrease. This exerts a positive effect on the supply curve shifting it right, where the new
market equilibrium is at a higher quantity and a lower price, holding everything else constant. There
can also be a negative shift that moves the supply curve to the left, with the resulting market clearing

The Feathers Of The Wind
Feathers in the Wind I took a deep breath and closed my eyes for the final time. I attempted to gather
my thoughts, but it was no use. There were no thoughts that could justify the action I needed to do. I
composed myself and cocked back the lever to load my BB gun. The steel and carbonate composite
that made up the gun never felt colder, even on a hot summer s day like today. The world seemed to
stop spinning and there was nothing but silence. It was only myself and the task at hand. I removed
my finger from the trigger guard and placed it behind the trigger itself. I closed my eyes again. I was
ready to finish this. It was only an hour beforehand when I found it a little black and grey fuzzball,
like something you would find when you go up to clean out your attic. I found it resting on the
pavement of my driveway. It sat there baking in the hot August afternoon sun. It was just bobbing its
little head around, but unable to move. I walked up to further investigate and to my unfortunate
discovery, it was a small bird. It must have fallen out of the oak tree and took quite the flight down.
Upon further inspection, I found that the bird had appalling injuries to its neck, head, and wing. The
top of the head had a horrible gash which gave the bird the appearance of having a shaved head. It
stuck out like a sore thumb. The wings were both mangled and broken. I quickly realized that this
poor creature was not going to survive. I tried gathering a shoe box and feeding it and

Analysis Of Orson Welles And Herman J Mankiewicz
At the 1942 Academy awards, Citizen Kane was booed off stage numerous times, despite being
nominated in 7 categories and winning best original screenplay by Orson Welles and Herman J
Mankiewicz. Greetings board of studies panel members, as a current year 12 student I urge you to
reconsider eliminating Citizen Kane from next years module B curriculum. Although the film was not
well received in the early 1940 s, it has become renowned as one of the greatest films of all time, with
distinguished critics noting its cinematic innovations, allowing the film to have enduring power.
Textual integrity enables Citizen Kane to continually meet values and create meaning, while still
entertaining a modern audience through coherent form and language, for instance the construction of
the film, diegetic and non diegetic sound, and the social message of isolationism. Through
comprehensively studying Citizen Kane my understanding of the film has been deepened and enables
me to enjoy the film to a greater extent. As Citizen Kane is a film, it is more accessible to a
contemporary year 12 audience than a novel or play. The audience is an active agent in completing
Citizen Kane s meaning through interpretation. Much of the film can be interpreted in a variety of
ways depending on the life experience, values and beliefs a responder brings to the film. Citizen Kane
serves the rubric well for the purposes of module B; it would be a tragedy to lose such a rich text.

  • 2. Armenia Research Paper Armenia, located in the West Asia on the Armenian Highlands , is where I came from. It was really strange for me to hear that some people didn t even know that there was a country named Armenia. People who came from there like to invent, build, and expand things. Even tough its only 25 years that Armenia gained independence from Soviet union, we were the first country in the world to accept Christianity as a state religion in way back 301. There has been sporadic emigration from Armenia to the U.S. since the late 19th century, the biggest influx coming after the Armenian Genocide oh the early 20th century. Because of the Genocide Armenians have been spread all over the world, but that hasn t changed anything about Armenians mentality. In exchange for flying lessons from pioneer aviator Pancho Barnes, he agreed to milk and look after her cattle. After war having saved most of his wages he made his first visit to Las Vegas. In 1967, he bought 82 acres of land on Paradise Road in Las Vegas and built the International Hotel, which at the time was the largest hotel in the world. After he purchased the Metro Goldwyn Mayer movie studio Kerkorian opened the original MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, larger than the Empire State Building and the largest hotel in the world at that time. There have been a lot of new advances in the automotive industry. One of these is the invention of driverless cars. Another new advancement is the addition of pre collision assists. Which was born from the Darpa Grand Challenges for robotic vehicles in the early 2000s. Google kickstarted its own self driving car project in 2008. It has been rumbling on ever since, first with modified Toyota Prius and then with customised Lexus SUVs, which took the car s existing sensors, such as the cruise control cameras, and added a spinning laser scanner on the top. It ferries two people from one place to another without any user interaction. The car is summoned by a smartphone for pick up at the user s location with the destination set. There is no steering wheel or manual control, simply a start button and a big red emergency stop button. In front of the passengers there is a small screen showing the weather, the current speed and a small countdown animation to launch. Once the journey is done, the small screen displays a message to remind you to take your personal belongings reinforcing that this is not aiming to be a substitute for your personal car at the moment, but more as a replacement for the taxi without the human driver. Ford Motor Company is rolling out a new driver assist system that can reduce the severity of or even eliminate some frontal collisions involving vehicles and pedestrians. Pre Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection uses radar and camera technology to scan the roadway ahead and, if a collision risk with a vehicle or pedestrian is detected, provides a warning to the driver. If the driver does not respond in time, the system can automatically apply up to full braking force to help reduce the severity of or even eliminate some frontal collisions. • 4. Myths Surrounding Joseph Stalin Myths, surrounding Stalin have played a major role in the construction of Stalin s reputation, in both a positive and negative way. This essay will look at Plate 1.5.8 in the illustration book, and discuss how the myth of Stalin presented in this image differs from earlier and later mythic presentations of him. Joseph Stalin used his intellect, and power, to outmanoeuvre his rivals to become leader of the Soviet Union. Using carefully planned propaganda including, painting, statues, and a series of cultivated posters Stalin immortalised and glorified his leadership. These state manufactured images created a cult of personality around him, subsequently, creating an image of a heroic worshipped figure, who was associated with every aspect of soviet society. Stalin controlled the media and according to the historian Moshe Lewin, Stalin single handily, become the system, (Lewin in Pittaway, 2008, p.137.) The image of Stalin depicted in the poster 1.5.8 () , portrays Stalin as God like, we see a figure, being looked upon by dancing children who are dressed in uniforms, looking up to Stalin as a strong father like defender of the nation. (Pittaway, 2008p.142.) This father title gave the impression that Stalin is trustworthy and caring. In addition, children presented a myth and used as propaganda to represent goodness, innocence, and the future. Stalin s ideology was that if the children liked him, then he must be a good leader. • 5. Speech On Pain And Indignation In many ways, there has never been a better time to be alive. Violence plagues some corners of the world, and too many still live under the grip of tyrannical regimes. And although all the world s major faiths teach love, compassion and tolerance, unthinkable violence is being perpetrated in the name of religion. And yet, fewer among us are poor, fewer are hungry, fewer children are dying, and more men and women can read than ever before. In many countries, recognition of women s and minority rights is now the norm. There is still much work to do, of course, but there is hope and there is progress. How strange, then, to see such anger and great discontent in some of the world s richest nations. In the United States, Britain and across the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The problem is not a lack of material riches. It is the growing number of people who feel they are no longer useful, no longer needed, no longer one with their societies. In America today, compared with 50 years ago, three times as many working age men are completely outside the work force. This pattern is occurring throughout the developed world and the consequences are not merely economic. Feeling superfluous is a blow to the human spirit. It leads to social isolation and emotional pain, and creates the conditions for negative emotions to take root. What can we do to help? The first answer is not systematic. It is personal. Everyone has something valuable to share. We should start each day by consciously asking ourselves, What can I do today to appreciate the gifts that others offer me? We need to make sure that global brotherhood and oneness with others are not just abstract ideas that we profess, but personal commitments that we mindfully put into practice. Each of us has the responsibility to make this a habit. But those in positions of responsibility have a special opportunity to expand inclusion and build societies that truly need ... Many of these immigrants faced discrimination and unfair hiring practices. Due to the shortage of jobs and earning barely enough to survive, these immigrants started gangs to carry out lucrative business. This was the birth of the mob in America. The mob started out as loosely held together gangs and sometimes an overboss was in charge. It later evolved into organized crime as we know today. New immigrants joined the already existing gangs and one of those immigrants was Salvatore Lucania, later known as Lucky Luciano. He ran everything from the prison, no one would do anything without his say so (Sullivan 50). World War II began with the sinking of the SS Normandie. During the war, the United States Government was paranoid of german and italian dock workers. They believed that they were smuggling in contraband and signaling enemy submarines off the coast. • 8. Theme Of Imagination In Finding Neverland Childhood is defined as the state of being a child or the period during which a person is a child. Imagination is defined as being the faculty or action of forming new ideas, or images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses. In the film Finding Neverland, the influence of imagination and the conclusion of childhood are themes that affect the characters of the movie. The theme of imagination reaches out to each character that uses it in different ways to help themselves deal with situations or cope. The end of childhood affects a few characters, particularly the children, which each have a moment where they, or other characters, realize that their childhood is coming to an end and they are starting to grow up. The film Finding Neverland is mainly centered on the power of imagination and how each character uses imagination as their own tool. In the film, James connects with the Davies boys by playing pretend and using their imagination such as when they played pirates or Indians. Peter, George, Michael, and Jack, the Davies boys, all use their imagination to cope with the recent death of their father. They escape to their own imaginations in order to ignore the pain that came with the loss of their father. This is evident when the boys are playing the Wild West with James. In the game, James is an Indian who has been wounded and tells Peter I take you as my own son. Peter then tells James you are not my father and runs off clearly angered and upset. Sylvia then reveals to James that Peter has not been the same since his father died and she does not believe he has even cried about it. I believe that once James meets the family and learns of this loss, he sees how the boys to do this and then continues to encourage their creativity to lessen the pain. James uses his imagination to avoid growing up and facing the world for what it really is. He escapes to his imagination to live out his own reality he calls Neverland, a place where no one grows up and good always triumphs over evil. He shares his reality of Neverland with the boys and allows them to imagine their versions. The Socio Economic Status Affects Education Proving students in our Nation with a better education can help save our children from the clutches of poverty, crime, drugs, and hopelessness, and we help safeguard our Nation s prosperity for generations yet unborn. Elijah Cummings. He makes a very extremely good point. Kids who receive a better education rarely ever become poor, fall into crime or drugs. They learn exactly what they need to do to become successful. Which is the main reason why when you look at kids who are poor they aren t getting the smarted and neither are their parents. The socio economic status does impact education in many ways if not in all ways. A lot of people would say that it has nothing to do with money and it all depends on the person, but have you ever realized that people who live in Beverly Hills have a way better education than someone in Philadelphia. What makes them so different? One thing and that s money. Those parents are able to pay for their kids to have the best education out there. While some families in Philadelphia can barely afford to feed their kids. Of course though that s not the only factor when it comes to a kid who receives the better education. It also depends on how much the school makes in terms of money and the teachers, because even if you re not poor or if you live in a bad area then your kid could be receiving a bad education. Analysis Of Orson Welles And Herman J Mankiewicz At the 1942 Academy awards, Citizen Kane was booed off stage numerous times, despite being nominated in 7 categories and winning best original screenplay by Orson Welles and Herman J Mankiewicz. Greetings board of studies panel members, as a current year 12 student I urge you to reconsider eliminating Citizen Kane from next years module B curriculum. Although the film was not well received in the early 1940 s, it has become renowned as one of the greatest films of all time, with distinguished critics noting its cinematic innovations, allowing the film to have enduring power. Through comprehensively studying Citizen Kane my understanding of the film has been deepened and enables me to enjoy the film to a greater extent. As Citizen Kane is a film, it is more accessible to a contemporary year 12 audience than a novel or play. The audience is an active agent in completing Citizen Kane s meaning through interpretation. Much of the film can be interpreted in a variety of ways depending on the life experience, values and beliefs a responder brings to the film. Citizen Kane serves the rubric well for the purposes of module B; it would be a tragedy to lose such a rich text. How meaning is shaped Point: ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
