 Health robotics will support high
level of patient care, efficient
processes in clinical settings with a
safe environment for both patients
and health workers.
 Robotics in health can improve our

 Robotics in medicine help by relieving medical
personnel from routine tasks, that take their time
away from more pressing responsibilities, and by
making medical procedures safer and less costly for
patients.

 The surgeon's master console is the robot's user interface that
provides the master surgeon with the following functions:

 A 3-dimensional view of the surgical field relayed from an
endoscopic camera inside the patients body in control of the
robot that creates a sense of being "immersed" into the surgical
field.

8.  Master manipulators, which are handles or
joysticks that the surgeon uses to make surgical
movements that are then translated into real-time
movements of the slave manipulators docked on
the patient. Motion scaling (conversion of large
natural movements to ultraprecise
micromovements) and tremor filtering increase
accuracy and precision of the surgeon's
movements.

 The prime utilization of such robots is to minimize person-to-person contact
and to ensure cleaning, sterilization and support in hospitals and similar
facilities such as quarantine.
 use various robotic technologies to control and administer this epidemic
 hospitals frequently utilized technology to deal with a wide number of infected
patients. Based on the technology-based solutions. robots are effective in
receiving the patients at the reception desk and monitoring their initial
symptoms (such as flu and fever) and to disinfect them right at the entry point
during the COVID-19 epidemic period.

12. Sterilization
 Robots designed for use in healthcare and medicine have stringent cleaning
requirements as they must be free of germs and microbes which can spread
communicable and contagious diseases to other patients. Most of the surgical
end effectors are designed for single use only .Service robots must be sterilized
from time to time so that they do not become infective carriers . Cooking robots
have their separate protocol for cleaning, as they are washable after use.

13. UV-C
 Ultraviolet light has been used has an effective solution
to killing harmful bacteria, viruses in hospitals for
decades. The UV-C light has been previously used to
combat other coronaviruses such as SARS, MERS, and as
well as the Ebola virus. This method of cleaning is
thorough, faster and less labor intensive than manual
cleaning.
 UV-C also reduces the need to clean with powerful
chemicals. You can simply use non-harmful soap and
water for the cleaning and then rely on UV-C for a
chemical free disinfection.An issues that chemicals pose
is being corrosive on certain surfaces. Additionally,
powerful chemicals should only be used in areas that are
well ventilated.
