Recruitment
Recruitment of employees to be hired on People™ contract and deputed to client, in
accordance with job specifications and job descriptions provided.
Receiving the requirements with job description from the client, scrutinizing the descriptions
and sourcing relevant resumes from sources like Employee Referrals, Search Engines, User
Groups, Job sites, Job Portals & LinkedIn etc. .
Screening CVs and short listing the candidates for the interview process.
Conducting telephonic and face to face interviews, scheduling interviews of short listed
candidates with the clients.
Implementation of Policy & Procedures
Provding employees all relevant HR letters and notifications / document / certificate as per the
requirement in line with management approvals.
Notifying management for any highlighted breeach of conduct and take approval for corrective
measures.
Portfolio and Attrition Management
Preparing end of the month hiring and turnover report and investigating monthly turnover reasons to
manage and enhance existing portfolio of employees.
Highlighting the identified points of turnover of employees and sugesting wayouts to manage the
turnover in final coordination with respective organizations and direct line managers.
Working on bidding models for announced bids (including Electronic Bidding such as Emptoris).

Payroll Processing
Supervising the invoicing for the monthly payroll including salary invoice, resigned staff and final
settlements and in this regards validating the payroll / payout drafts to be paid to Statutory bodies and
employees.
Handling Disciplinary procedures to reduce turn over of employee
Handling and supervising the enquiry and other disciplinary action procedures for the employees
along with initial counslings.
Dealing with Disciplinary proceedings of employees as per law i.e. Warnings, Show Cause,
Suspensions, Enquiries, Terminations etc.
Client Relationship:
Ensure client retention as well as employee retention and development of existing clients and
employees through excellent service.
Constant monitoring of outstanding payments on client end, and timely follow-up to ensure payments
are received on time
